•Deadlifts: 5x5 w/1 min rests in between •Weighted barbell step ups: 4x12 each leg
•Chest press w/dumbbells: 3x12,10,8 (increase weight each set)
•Side raise: 5x15 (slow and controlled)
•TBar roe: 3x12

Here is what we know 🍳 📌 eggs are an economical and nutrient rich food 🥚 📌eggs contain 11 of the essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, E and B12, as well as antioxidants, choline and lutein 🍳 📌 eggs can play a significant role in a vegetarian diet as they contain high quality protein, vitamin B12, iron and omega-3s 🥚 ✨
📌 the advice in Australia has been to consume up to 6 eggs per week. However, recommendations around the world have been much higher. ✨
📌 the latest Australian study (DIABEGG) looked at the of high-egg diet on cardiovascular risk factors in people with type 2 diabetes.
✨
📌 it was a randomised controlled trial. This essentially meant that people either got a ⬆️🍳 diet OR ⬇️🍳
✨
📌 the main findings from the study was no change in cardiovascular risk factors when compared between the two groups ✔️
✨
📌 they looked at a range of measures which included blood pressure, pulse, body fat, weight, total body fat and waist, total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL (bad cholesterol), HDL (good cholesterol) and novel markers to measure vascular and systemic inflammation 💉

“A healthy diet based on population guidelines and including more eggs than currently recommended by some countries may be safely consumed.” 🤓🙌🏼

Dinner is served from the make believe sea. 🌊🌊 I fried up Orange Roughy and crab (yes imitation) together in peanut oil with lemon pepper seasoning and a 💦 of fresh 🍋.
I sauteed spinach with a bit of kale in a separate pan (used peanut oil) with also a 💦 of 🍋, some seasoning, and lightly sauced. 
The fish tasted amazing and I love blackened fish. 🐟🐟 It's been a meatless Friday which I could eat seafood everyday but that wouldn't be the best thing to do. 😂🤷‍♀️

Mom friends!!!
I thought I was starting a weight loss food program... and I am... but my energy is the best it’s been in 3 months. 
I think it’s a combination of the way I’m feeling about food... I’m no longer wary of it. You fellow emotional eaters know why that is significant! I’m not always judging what I’m eating or how much. And I’m not feeling deprived when I choose something different than my friends or family. I could will power my way through for many years. I figured to get healthy and lose weight that was just “what it took.” But I have found something different now and I absolutely hands down love how free I feel!

So that freedom I feel, mixed with the food I’m loving (like burgers and frozen yogurt and cereal😁), mixed with a supplement my Chiropractic physician suggested for my anxiety and healing my ptsd mind is proving to be awesome.
This program came at a perfect time. 
I’m so grateful for this mindset program about food and weight loss. So so grateful.
I want to share it with anyone looking to lose weight that is struggling with the food part of it.
My part time job is coaching people through healthy habit change- from thoughts about their ability to change, to meal plans, to exercise programs for their goals and body type, to how to “do it all” with kids in the house.
