Recently I learnt about a new type of flower called Gazania which really got my attention as their colours fade nicely into each other. They are mostly found in South Africa and their usual colours are yellow and orange but I saw one in particular which I really liked and it had white petals with pink fading into dark purple in the middle and surrounded with light yellow.
I did think of getting it tattooed but the white colour wouldn’t show as nice as in a picture.

Yes, kalau coach share info paling best pun tapi tak amalkan memang tak dapat result sayang oi. Memang kena USAHA! Tiada short cut sebab coach tak boleh sual you makan.
WAJIB! bukannya kurus sekarang kurus selamanya...kenapa? Sebab kita makan hari-hari kan? So hari-harilah lemam dan sebagainya berkumpul dalam badan kan? Kalau tak kawa dan terlebih? Itu sebab kena fokus kepada MINDSET & HABIT.
disiplin ni memang sakit ada awalnya manis pada akhirnya. Terutama bila dah muat balik baju nikah 😍😘 seronok kan?

Finally my first two meals of the day. And finally I am able to eat as normal person.
First week after show wasn't really fun on my stomach. But it seems that all is back to normal. Getting hungry again. And can finish each meals.
Everything is lean and homemade. Still using @arcticwarriors products everyday. And wasn't sick sense then.

For far too long I thought I was unworthy of dreaming big. That was for people unlike me. People that had something I just didn’t. The cards I was dealt, I guess. I was afraid to even dream let alone chase them.

I didn’t step foot in a gym. I ate carbs everyday. I only did one workout a day and didn’t kill myself with hours of extra cardio like I used to.
I just followed the programs the way they were supposed to be followed. I trusted the process. And it changed my life! All it took was saying YES and giving it my all.
