Finding Keto replacements for some of my favorite high carb meals has been key to sticking to this way of life. These Keto bagels were soft, fluffy, and quick to make. I made a bagel and lox for myself and a bacon, egg, avocado for my husband! Who else loves breakfast for dinner? Especially breakfast that is guilt free!!

2 years ago I had my “ah-ha” moment, I looked at myself in the mirror and couldn’t believe who was staring back at me. I allowed my body to be taken over by someone that I didn’t even recognize; I let an addiction to food and the comfort it provided me to control my life, I smoked daily and used any excuse I could to drink some beer, I shut myself in and let a depressive mindset control my actions and relationships. This is when I knew something had to change, but I wasn’t quite sure where to even start.. 🤔🤷🏻♂️
I started watching YouTube videos about people that have lost a large amount of weight and listened to their advice. I started to focus on the food I was putting into my body and started counting my calorie intake. I even forced myself to get on the elliptical and try my hardest not to give up. I was determined to win and letting myself and my son down was not an option. 🏋🏻♂️
The biggest piece of advice I wish I could go back and tell that round faced and unhappy version of myself that I don’t even recognize is this: small steps lead to big results and you just need to be patient and trust the process! As time goes on you will learn that it does get easier and you do get better, and smarter. You are the only person that can do this for yourself, and you are the only one that can stop yourself from succeeding. Just #FIGHTFORIT 💯👊🏼
It’s not impossible..... it won’t happen over night it won’t happen next Monday it won’t happen tomorrow it won’t happen if you keep cheating it won’t happen if you don’t work for it it won’t happen if you don’t sweat it won’t happen if your so down on yourself.... you need something work for it fight for it wake up early for it change yourself for it to be better feel better and become a whole new person you become the person you fight each day to be!!!! That is me in just 5 months I have lost a total of 55 pounds and still continuing on with my process... if I can do it so as you!!! Nothing makes me different not age not how big or small I am!! I came on this journey for mindfulness and to find inner peace, and to help settle my troubled mind. Knowing little about what I would be stepping into. Yoga for me had been more a physical form of stretching and flexibility and combining that with my recent love for meditation, I had only some expectations for where this four weeks may lead me. **
To some it looks like I’m on a four week holiday as I’m in these magical surroundings, with amazing people and delicious food but this is so much more... I only ventured into the ocean for the first time yesterday as my schedule is hectic and goes from 6am to 5.30pm... But the most amazing thing is, I love it... **
My world has been opened to a incredible awakening that I never thought possible... I’m literally at ore of this whole experience and the foundations of knowledge that I am being taught... Yoga is so so much more than just posing and breathing... Enlightenment and the power of thought and being present in the now... The philosophy of this has captured me and although I’m overwhelmed by so much information, I cannot get enough of it... HOW TO PREPARE :
