Kod nas je to bilo pola tikvice, 3 koluta patlidžana, 1 kriška batata, domaći mladi crni luk i 1 šargarepa. Poprskati maslinovim uljem. Zaviti dobro u pek papir zajedno sa ribom po izboru (mi smo jeli svježu oradu), tako da svi sokovi od pečenja ostanu unutra, staviti u pleh i peci na 180-200°C 40ak minuta. U zavisnosti da li vaša beba žvaće ili ne, izmiksajte sve zajedno ili izgnječite povrce viljuškom a ribu dobro usitnite pazeći da dobro odstranite sve sitne kosti. Prijatnoo! 😍

Sausage casserole, not the prettiest meal in the world😆
The best thing about this Instagram record is being able to look back over past meals if I'm feeling uninspired. Or even better, when someone comments on a post and you go "yeah, that was yummy" like today.
I made a couple of changes from last time, it ended up being a bit of a 3 layer dish because I didn't have enough space for the sausages with the veges😉
Bottom was a fennel bulb (instead of an onion), mushrooms, kale and garlic.
Then I broke my grass-fed beef sausages into bite sized pieces, browned them off and added organic pasatta.
I mashed the cauli roughly with a potato masher & butter. You could put cheese on the top, but my youngest child is allergic, so no cheese for us.
I made mine early then heated it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with pink Himalayan salt & olive oil.
Macros;
Fat= 43gm
Protein = 17gm
Carbs = 14gm
Net Carbs = 9gm

I dislocated my right elbow snowboarding in my 20s. Crazy (or sad😅) part was that I wasn't doing anything risky at the time but fell the wrong way, catching myself with my right arm instead of falling on my butt. Recovery involved 9 months of physical therapy and a surgery. My right elbow doesn't hyperbend anymore like my left does but thankfully, slightly less range of motion is unnoticeable with my day to day activities. .

Since the injury, I developed a fear for activities that might make me fall, like ice skating😂 I became too aware of all the possible risks that come with certain activities, making me overly cautious. So yesterday, it felt great to challenge my fear and get on a skateboard for the 1st time.

It reminded me of what I enjoyed about snowboarding in a good way and how fun trying something new is. It also made me realize that last spring when my body was detoxing hard and I was consumed by the thoughts of whether I was doing all I should be doing for my body to heal, I had no capacity left to be testing my fear.

This year started with a bad flare but things have gotten better afterwards. I'm no longer thinking about my hands all the time and can actually think about other things because my body feels great overall. I trust that it's just a matter of time to get where I want to be. .
.
Also, knowing that I am not harming my body or others in any way gives me peace of mind which leads me to have a more positive outlook on life. I thank my eczema for grabbing my attention when it did and putting me on a path to better my overall health. Learning about the plant-based lifestyle opened my eyes to so many new things that I previously didn't see. Never expected to gain so much from this healing journey. 🙏❤

Genteeeee, é mesmo isto!!!! Se há algo que nos incomoda, que nos faz menos felizes do que aquilo q queremos, as unicas pessoas capazes de mudar isso somos nós próprios!!! E não, não é facil!!! É mais fácil lamentarmos o facto de a nossa vida não ser perfeita!!! Mas NINGUEM tem uma vida perfeita!!! Então temos duas escolhas: ou lamentamo-nos pela nossa vida (im)perfeita e sabemos q nada vai mudar, ou fazemos algo para a tornarmos melhor/para nos tornarmos melhor!!!

Hoje partilho esta frase com vocês para vos motivar mas tb para me motivar a mim mesma!!! Ultimamente, demasiados pensamentos menos positivos tem-me atormentado diariamente!!! E de certa forma acomodei-me a eles durante as ultimas semanas. É mt mais facil acomodarmo-nos a algo do q fazer alguma coisa para mudar o q nos incomoda!! No meu caso, já sei q quando começo a pensar demasiado no mesmo assunto, ou me acomodo ou é quando decido q tenho q fazer algo sobre o assunto ---> regra geral vou sempre para a segunda opção 🤣🙏

My kind of dinner tonight (kids weren't enthused but their plates were empty 😆)
Fish cakes:
Salmon 2 ways (pink & red, a small tin of each) plus a tin of mackerel. Break the fish into little pieces then stir in an egg, lemon juice and a tbsp arrowroot. I also added a finely chopped spring onion. Fry in coconut oil, I put the radishes in the same pan as the fish cakes.
Steamed broccoli 2 ways (normal and Chinese). Butter on the regular broccoli, sesame oil on the Chinese broccoli, salt over everything. 
But the best thing was the mayo that I have finally managed to make, many thanks to @trimomor for posting the jar & bar mixer method👍 I completely lake the patience to make mayo normally, and my first attempt with the jar was a fail too- pulled the bar mixer out too fast. But got it right this time😉

At 9.5 & 10 years old, Mack and Nala aren’t spring chickens anymore. But with proper meat protein heavy diets and moderate toning exercise, we keep their muscle mass strong but lean and better able to support the skeletal system. Ridiculous that many vets recommend going “low protein” for senior dogs. They should more correctly be advising calorie reduction based on activity and extremely digestible protein sources—not simply looking at the one mass ‘protein’ percentage on a dry food bag. That analysis includes all protein, both animal 🍖 and plant 🌱, in the processed form. 
Low impact activities like swimming and gentle distance walks are the best 🙌 Know your dog and their fitness level, and of course any known medical conditions or ailments. 
Mack has bilateral elbow dysplasia, arthritis in his back hip and a TPLO surgery on one hind leg—All known at the time of his adoption and we’ve made it our mission to keep him as mobile and pain free naturally as possible 🙃 He can’t go as crazy as Miss Bean, but getting him out and moving those joints helps maintain range of motion and production of joint lubrication..

昨日は東京よりも更に暑い群馬に帰省していました🐴以前にも投稿しましたが、今回もまたJAの野菜直売所『ぽんぽこ』へ行ってきました。帰省の楽しみのひとつなのです❤️オープン早々に行きましたが既に駐車場はいっぱいで店内も前に進むのがやっとなほど😅ぽんぽこすごい...!

野菜を選んでいたら生産者さんが『今持ってきたからこっちのほうが新鮮よ!』と教えてくれたり、美味しい野菜の選び方を教えてくれたり。生産者さんと直接コミュニケーションを取れるのも楽しいです✨活気があって居心地が良く、気付いたら30分も経っていました🤭
実はきゅうりの出荷量日本一、ゴーヤの出荷量が本州1位の館林。都内のスーパーでもよく見かけるのでいつも買っています。地元のものが東京でも食べられるのは嬉しいですね。

Завтрак: овсянка на воде с бананом
Перекус: грамм 100 бубликов 😎 
Обед: селедка,  вареное яйцо, кусочек огурца
Перекус: 1 конфета (первая за три месяца!  Предполагаю,  что и последняя за ближайшие месяцы, так точно😋, кофе
Перекус2: кофе, горсть семечек
Ужин: яблоко+ кефир
Да,  рацион дурацкий,  непонятный. Опять же, все связано с гостями, переездом, поминальным данем... Завтра будет уже, как всегда. А еще я в ожидании разгрузочного дня на шоколаде)  Еще 4 дня впереди,  и вуа ля😁😁😁

🇬🇧Don't know about you but I just drink like crazy on these days to try to avoid to eat EVERYTHING I can see...and no, it does not work that well because if I am not eating I am thinking abt food 🤔 so, I also treat myself to some dark chocolate @lindoruk and PB, usually helps 💖 Now, what do you do to help with the PMS cravings?!?
🇵🇹 Mulheres vão perceber 😂 Sério, nos dias de TPM só penso em comida 🙈 A unica forma de tentar não comer TUDO o q me aparece à frente é beber IMENSO e como não funciona a 100% tb como choco preto e manteiga de amendoim, regra geral estas 2 coisinhas ajudam!! Mas a verdade é q regra geral fico mesmo com fome, nem sequer tem q ser vontade de comer porcarias, é simplesmente vontade de comer 😮 E por esse lado, estratégias!? 🤓

Andei durante a tarde a preparar coisinhas boas. Fiz estas cookies de Ferrero Rocher. Maaas, saudáveis, sem açúcar nem lactose. Usei 100g de farinha de aveia sabor a bombom da @prozis, 50g de farinha de aveia normal, pepitas de chocolate 70% cacau da @kaoka_france, uma colher de sopa de óleo de coco, 120 ml de leite de soja e whey protein de chocolate também dá @prozisportugal. Misturei tudo, fiz forminhas no tabuleiro em cima de papel vegetal, foi ao forno 15 minutos e está! Oh.. Maravilha de snack.😍
