/ 60ml Wasabi Gin
/ 120ml tomato juice
/ 10ml lemon juice
/ 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
/ 7 drops of hot sauce
/ Salt and pepper to finish
/ Celery to garnish

White Chocolate Dusted Sphere, Yuzu Parfait, Matcha Cake, Strawberry-Yuzu Compote, Wasabi Meringue 😍🙌🏽 The sphere is composed of two half domes glued together, cut then sprayed with white cocoa butter solution to achieve a velvet texture. It is then layered with the yuzu parfait, green tea sponge, fruit compote and topped with the wasabi meringue, edible flowers and micro greens.

Since we came back from Madrid I have really trying to get back into looking after myself. I failed spectacularly on Friday as it was my crazy best friends Yolanda Den Riet birthday. I did get up the following day and go for a run with an even more spectacular hangover and received a just bollocking from Linda Reepmaker van Belle because it’s not good for your system. Trust me lying in bed was far worst.
In an attempt to eat better, I have gone slightly very on trend and eat far more vegetables. Monday was lunch with @mirandabuis Buis where we tried out a recipe from “Planted” from @chef_chantelle Nicholson.

Yesterday was spend in the kitchens of “De Goudrienet” near Gorinchem. It was really great fun and definitely worth a visit ladies just for all the truckers!
I came home realizing I hadn’t eaten properly, and stole the leftovers from my neighbours who had been looking after my kids.
This morning I went running,and spent the rest of the day going up and downstairs like an elevator on speed.
By the early evening I was starving and looked in my fridge. I spied sweet potatoes. I put them in the oven and then made a tuna salad with sweet corn, spring onions, mayonnaise and green magic. I topped it off with the wasabi sushi sprinkles. It was sooooo good and I’m completely stuffed!
