Welcome to the first post of Advice For Adolescence!😃 We feel its fitting to start our journey with you the same way that we all start our journeys every day. With a morning!
Except for those days you sleep in past 12 o clock in the day... yes we all know about those!
But we understand that in order to have a good day, we must have a good morning.
We also understand that many of you out there are finding it hard to have a good morning.
Maybe you wake up late? Maybe you are not having the right breakfast? Maybe your not having breakfast at all? Maybe you just don't have the motivation? Maybe you are stressed about what happened yesterday or worried about something later on in the day? Maybe you feel morning routines are unnecessary or too structured and scheduled ? Maybe you feel unalert and groggy and need a bit of time to wake up properly to start enjoying your day?! Maybe you havnt got enough sleep because you were up all night doing homework and not playing Fortnite or watching hours and hours of youtube videos...😉 Whatever it is though, don't fear, Advice For Adolescents is here and in the next few posts are going to be focused on exploring and analysing all these factors and many more and help you to improve your morning with simple, non tasking tweaks in your morning routines and therefore result in you having better mornings which lead to better days, better weeks, better months, better years and better lives.

I went to bed at 9:00 last night!!!! I woke up at 4:15 this morning full of energy 😂😂😂 but managed to go back to sleep. I still can’t believe my kids sleep in until 8-8:30-ish... it’s amazing!!! 💛 I was planning on staying home all day... doing nothing ALL day... but then remembered that @villagetaco will be at @twodollarradiohq from 10-4.... so, I’m packing up my kiddos and going to fill our tummies... and keeping my kitchen clean 🙈😂😜 Happy Sunday! 🤗
