Why only still or sparkling?
HoReCa sector in Switzerland, differently from other more advanced markets like United Arab Emirates, China and Japan, UK and partly US, today, if not in rare cases on the Zürich area, ignores all potential higher profits and revenues generated from an offering Premium Waters. The offer is quite limited and the only difference is still or sparkling.
Similar to what happened with good wine or fine food, the clients, also in water are looking for innovative experiences other than those that have access on a daily commercial basis. The offer must be customized in terms of quality, pricing, product properties also in accordance with the correct match and taste of food, wine.
Accadueo represents Switzerland the Premium Water brands worldwide. Accadueo is supporting the HoReCa customers to enrich their offerings generating more sales and profits.
From our benchmark Premium Waters such as product integration in a Fine Restaurant, can generate an average of 5-10% increase on revenues with an average of 8-15% of profits that at the moment are ignored from the market.
