There is nothing sexier that toned arms and legs.. First thing I notice after someone's teeth is their arms so it's always been a thing to have nice teeth and arms. .
Luckily I was born with football calves and thighs and while I hated it in my younger days I totally dig them now. .
Lower body fix is done and I'm super thankful because I hate lower body workouts. .

*Para o molho: - 2 Cs BEM cheias de maionese - 1 Cs de mostarda - 1 dente de alho - Limão a gosto - 1/2 xícara de queijo parmesão ralado - Mel a gosto - Azeite até dar o ponto
Preparo: no processador ou usando um mixer (não tente no liquidificador pois não dá certo, dica de quem se deu mal 😂), bata tudo, menos o azeite, até ficar homogêneo. Vá acrescentando azeite até ficar cremoso, quase uma maionese. Prove e ajuste os sabores conforme seu paladar. Leve pra gelar. *CROUTONS: corte fatias de pão de forma em cubos, tempere com azeite e orégano. Misture tudo e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 200°C até dourar. *MONTAGEM: em uma vasilha bem bonita, coloque a alface, o molho, os croutons e + queijo (porque queijo nunca é demais 😉), misture bem e sirva. -

Vanilla bean cookies. When I made my version of vanilla bean cookies a few weekends ago, my husband joined and made his own. I thought I’d give him a shoutout! 💁🏻♀️ We ended up giving these away to a couple friends, but I did try one! He did good! Probably because he made them with love😍
Vanilla bean cookies: 2 C of almond flour, 2 TBSP of coconut oil, 2 strands of vanilla bean (scrapped the powder), 3 TSBP of maple, 1/4 TSP of baking soda, 1/4 TSP of pink salt, 1/2 C of @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips, and 1 egg. Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately then combine. Place on parchment paper and make 4 big cookies. Bake on for 8-10 minutes. The vanilla bean powder addition is 👌🏻👌🏻 #_afreshpurefood
SUMMER EATING, Y’ALL!!! I only worked 9 hours today like a whiny weakling. On the plus side I had enough energy when I got home to make homemade #spanakopita with fresh #dill , #mint , #spinach , and #tofu .

No yoga practice pictures from me this week, I’ve been recovering after thinking it was a good idea to take two level 2 classes that were heavy on arm balances and inversions over Sunday/Monday.
Never had a buckeye (peanut butter ball covered in chocolate) before but I'm glad my first one was this vegan version from @thugkitchen - the toasted millet adds a perfect crunch and extra nutritional value. These are still far from "good for you" but better than shoveling Reese's Peanut Butter Cups 😏🙃 And very easy to make!
Idk but somethin bout homemade pancakes and fresh made chia seed jam makes everything seem right in the world🥞☺️🌎
