• 1/2 c organic vanilla soy milk
• 3 frozen bananas
• 1 c frozen raspberries
• 2 T raw cacao
• 1 scoop chocolate superfood greens powder
• 1 T raw agave nectar
• 1 T chia seeds
❤️Recommended toppings:
• Dried mulberries
• Crystalized ginger
• Chocolate raspberry chocolate candies
• Chopped peanut butter cups
• Peanut butter
• Raw cacao nibs
• Crushed freeze dried raspberries

This is something my mom always makes and it’s so yummy and refreshing. Just cut up some avocados, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and radishes and add some red wine vinegar, olive oil, parsley, and pepper. 🥑 🥒 🍅

💭 Hello everyone! Such a late post today. I've just been so busy and I had a busy few days at work as well, which is made harder when you have a toddler who won't sleep solidly for more than 3 hours 😖 this breakfast was made before I did our weekly shop. Porridge, bananas and frozen fruit is something we always have in, it's easy to do and always a winner. Poppy ate it all and asked for more of everything which I gave her and she ate. I so forgot to take an after picture though!

I saw this quote in a magazine the other day and it just resonated with me. My husband had been telling me that ever since our daughter was born, I had become so much more passionate about the natural lifestyle and vegan living. He didn’t quite understand why. Children believe everything that you tell them. We all grow up being shaped and molded by our parents points of view. Things that we believe, we believe because our parents did, and their parents did before them, and so on and so forth. Children are so impressionable. They trust you and everything you say to them. And more importantly, they WATCH you, wanting to be you, with wonder in their eyes. Be the person you want your child to be. Behave how you want them to behave and teach them things that are important to you. Children are the future, and it’s so important to be active parents in this day and age so we can grow our babies into wonderful, positive people who CARE. 💕 No I’m not a perfect parent. It’s something we ALL have to work on. Which is why this quote really dug deep in my heart; I’m continuously growing and evolving into a more patient, kind, and caring individual. I know I have made “mistakes” and will continue to, because nobody is perfect. It’s okay and GOOD to be human and have emotions. What’s better than being perfect is being REAL. One thing that I refuse to cheap out on (actually there are many if I’m being real) is food. Good quality food is so freaking vital to your health and obviously our babies. Anything you put in your body gets filtered through your organs and the toxins removed stay around and usually end up in your liver. 😖 I do buy probably 90% organic, because even though there are pesticides still used (and one day, in a perfect world, when we buy our first home I will have my own organic backyard garden) the amount of pesticides is a lot less, and this has been proven. Is it more expensive to buy this way? Yeah. But where are your priorities? I rarely buy myself new clothes, we don’t go on extravagant vacations, and most of Kendall’s clothes are from Target (no shade towards target I probably would still buy clothes from there if I was a millionaire cause they’re freakin cute.) but if these things mean I can budget more towards high quality organic food, and not have to look at price tags so much when I grocery shop, then it’s good with me. ✌🏻
