Finally we’ve had some nice weather!! ☀️☀️ love getting outside again. Amazing how much better I feel when it’s warm and sunny (maybe it’s a sign lol) what’s your favorite outdoor activity? I love getting out for hikes/walks 😊.

We had the joy of meeting @jennyveganbrown yesterday at @springfarmsanctuary. Jenny is a long-time animal rights activist, the founder of @woodstocksanctuary in New York, and currently travels to educate the world about the plight of farmed animals. Her lecture was incredibly heart-felt and inspiring. It was a great reminder that we have an essential responsibility to speak up against institutionalized cruelty, to be a voice for the voiceless, and to never stop fighting while billions of sentient beings suffer. After all, we are all animals aren’t we?
Jenny’s book, The Lucky Ones, inspired my friend Robin to open Spring Farm Sanctuary. Caring for the rescued animals as a volunteer has changed my life. Please consider visiting, donating to, or volunteering at a farm sanctuary. Our farmed friends have so much to teach us, and so much joy to give.
