Makes 12 squares 
1 can of chickpeas 
1 cup of nut milk/ soy milk 
2 tsp of vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp of baking powder
 1/2 cup of coconut sugar 
1/4 tsp of salt 
1/3 cup of peanut butter 
1/3 cup of dark dairy-free chocolate broken into chunks. 
1 cup of flour of your choice- I used wholemeal. .

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a square brownie pan with baking paper, 2. In a food processor mix the chickpeas (drained and rinsed) then add the other ingredients. Add more milk if needed. 3. Pour in your brownie pan, top with the chocolate chunks or chips and cook for 20-25 minute. 4. Leave to cool for 30 minutes and cut into 12 squares.  5. Best kept in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. #veganhealthyrecipes

Store bought tomato sauce has added sugar and salt and other ingredients that aren’t healthy. Homemade is easy, I make it all the time. try making it in the slow cooker if you can’t be home while it simmers. Recipe: add a bit of grape seed oil to a saucepan, dice half a large onion, mice 3 garlic cloves, add 2tsp basil, thyme, and oregano, 🌿 cook in oil till aromatic and onions translucent. Add a grated carrot. blend 6-8 Roma tomatoes to a liquid and add to the pot. Add 4 bay leaves and 1/4 cup or so of water. Add more spices to taste. Let simmer on low for a couple hours. Experiment with variations adding different vegetables. I often add red lentils for an extra protein filled sauce.

BBQ Cauliflower bouquets!
A delicious and #animalcrueltyfree way of recreating wings, but without killing any chickens ❤️ 🐥 🐓 ❤️ before we start make sure you have parchment paper and when you cover the florets make sure they have space! I like to use two separate trays 👍🏻
Recipe: ⤵️
Chop 1 whole cauliflower into 2-3 bite chunks 
In a bowl add:
1 cup flour (any kind, any gluten-free option works too)
1 cup of water or non dairy mylk 
1 tbsp Garlic powder
- blend and add the chopped cauliflower pieces into the mixture and bake on 450 for 18 min.

Toss the battered and baked cauliflower into a sauce of your choosing, (hit,bbq, teriyaki ...whatever you like! )
Bake again at 450 for 5-10 min.
Eat and enjoy! These are so delicious, low in fat, high in plants and so yum! 😋

Jackfruit as a meat replacement? 🤨 It’s possible and definitely looks like pulled pork or chicken! This is jackfruit marinated in BBQ sauce. It’s perfect for a sandwich, burger, burrito or with some rice. I bought this at albertheijn readymade (lazy vegan)  the brand is called @uptonsnaturals_nl

Eggless egg salad. The main ingredient doesn’t even exist 🤣🤣 Okay so how the hell did I make this? Very simple and easy just use tofu instead, it basically tastes the same. I had a love-hate relationship with eggs anyway... I ate it...but I hated the smell of it🤮 And honestly it just looks gross. This eggless egg salade is made with vegan mayo and just a tiny bit of mustard. To add even more color I added turmeric. Basic rule of veganizing: fool the  mind and the tastebuds will follow. (I totally made that up)

WHITE CHOCOLATE AND BLUEBERRY PROATS 🍇. This was SO tasty. My new favourite oat flavour combination is definitely @pranaon phyto fire protein powder in white chocolate with frozen blueberries 😍. For this I just used 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp protein powder, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tsp macqui powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and water. WHITE CHOCOLATE AND BLUEBERRY PROATS 🍇. This was SO tasty. My new favourite oat flavour combination is definitely @pranaon phyto fire protein powder in white chocolate with frozen blueberries 😍. For this I just used 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp protein powder, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tsp macqui powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and water. 🌱1 cenoura, 1 troço de abóbora, ervilhas, tofu de 250gr aos cubinhos, 1 cebola, 2 pacotes de leite de coco (usei do e-leclerc), muito caril e açafrão (para intensificar a cor e seus benefícios), piri-piri a gosto. Cozer a cenoura e quando estiver tenrinha, juntar os restantes legumes e tofu à cozedura. Numa frigideira fritar num pouco de óleo de girassol a cebola às meias-luas, juntar os legumes e tofu cozidos, as especiarias e o leite de coco. Deixar reduzir até ficar de consistência mais espessa.

Remember soy is not approved on the Sebi diet, this is a good tofu replacement. Repost from @bare_vegan using @RepostRegramApp - Really! Just water and chickpea flour (besan) is all you need to make this delicious, high protein, alternative to regular soy based tofu. This is a simple recipe originating in Myanmar. The texture is somewhere between tofu and omelette. Give it a try and see what you think! You can get creative adding other ingredients, I added turmeric and salt to this one. Here's the process:
Take 
1 cup of chickpea flour 
1 cup of water 
Stir the water slowly into the chickpea flour to make a thick paste at first (this will avoid having lumps)
When you have a thick paste without lumps add the rest of the water and stir. And any other ingredients at this point, spices, salt, cooked pulses, nuts, whatever! .
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil then reduce to a simmer as you add the chickpea/water mix.

Simmer and stir occasionally for about 8 minutes until the mixture is nice and sticky.
.
Pour into an oiled container or a container with baking paper. .
Leave to cool and set.
.
Cut and fry, or add to curries or whatever you'd usually do with tofu. .
That's it. Easy chickpeasy! 😃

En un sartén vas a guisar:
•cebolla y ajo.
•calabaza.
•zanahoria.
•brócoli.
Agrega 1/2 tz de agua, 1/4 tz salsa soya baja tamari y sazonador vegetal. (Las medidas pueden variar dependiendo la cantidad que hagas pero siempre el doble de agua que salsa soya).

Ya que esté bien cocida la verdura agrega:
•champiñones.
•germinado de soya.
Tapa muy bien el sartén para que se cuezan todas las verduras.

👨🏻‍🍳 Crispy Teriyaki Mushrooms!

Ingredients
• 8 oz shiitakes, sliced
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup water
• ¼ tsp Salt
• Teriyaki sauce
• 1 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup mirin
• ½ cup sake
• ½ cup brown sugar
• Rice
• Scallions
• Sesame seeds
• Veggies (I used bell peppers and broccoli)

Instructions:
1. Cook desired amount of rice according to package.
2. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer and cook for 20 mins.
3. Preheat oven to 425F.
4. After the sauce is done, put your sliced mushrooms in the saucepan and evenly coat the mushrooms.
5. In a large bowl combine flour, salt, and water, mix till smooth.
6. Add sliced shiitakes to mixture, coat even, then remove and place on parchment line cooking pan. Place in oven and cook for 20 mins or till golden brown.
7. Top with sesame seeds, combine with cooked bell peppers, broccoli, rice, scallions, and enjoy!

✨Double Chocolate 4-Ingredient Ice Cream✨
{4 ingredients}

Ingredients :

4 bananas
1/2 cup cocoa powder plus a Tablespoon (or more as desired)
1 cup Almond Milk
1 cup coconut cream thicker than coconut milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips mix-ins and/or .

Topping :
chocolate sprinkles for topping
.
Instructions : .
.
Place bananas, coconut cream, cocoa powder, and almond milk in blender and blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. .

Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze until solid.
Scoop into bowls, and top with more chocolate chips and sprinkles.

100% vegan burger. 
Looks damn good doesn’t it?🧐 I used to eat meat burgers on a regular basis and would always feel bloated and just bleh right after...don’t know why I kept eating it🤷🏽‍♀️ A hamburger was the ultimate cheatday meal for me. It still is... just plantbased. Cruelty free food gives me more peace of mind and I actually enjoy and appreciate my food more. This @vegafitnederland burger is actually a ‘gehaktschijf’ (for my dutchies) and it’s available at Albertheijn ✌🏾
