Alhamdulillah masih bisa merambat hari ke 4. Hari-hari awal adalah yang terberat? Atw jangan-jangan cuma saya sendiri yang merasakan begitu😂 Tapi Alhamdulillah, ini tahun ketiga kami merasakan nikmat sahur dengan shake PPP dan tea, lezat bergizi, full energi, tidak perlu mikir tiap malam, besok sahur apa ya....

Berapa pun kg target yang kita mau capai, naik atw turun berat badan, bukan lah angka yang menyeramkan. Tapi langkah pertama untuk memutuskan mengubah kebiasaan makan dengan yang lebih sehat dan baik, langkah awal inilah yang paling beraaaattt....

Belakangan, banyak yang tanya, mbak dwi gimana caranya jadi mami tapi tetap bisa jaga bentuk badan.... yang kadang makan di luar kendali tapi ga takut gemuk, yang pengin bisa punya energy extra, ikutan nge gym bareng, yang pengin bisa agak-agak rata perutnya (ini masalah utama sebagian besar ibu-ibu yang sudah pernah melalui acara menakjubkan, yaitu melahirkan) 😊

Tips Weight Management
✔Pantau Perkembangan Program
(sering nge cek timbangan, lingkar-lingkar tubuh, dan tahu artinya. Karena kalo ga tahu artinya, ya ferzuma dunk😊)
✔Atur Waktu makan (Jangan merasa makan cuma 1x sehari, trus yang 5x dilupakan xixixi)
✔Kontrol Porsi Makan
(Ini paling penting, saya khusus ikut training serius untuk ini)
✔Mengkonsumsi Suplemen yang tepat
(Pilih suplemen yang sudah terbukti, terdaftar, dan halal. Jangan asal coba-coba, badan kita bukan kelinci percobaan🐰)
✔ Jangan sungkan bertanya hehehe😁
When the weather is getting warmer for thick frozen shakes again >>> 😍. Whipped up a 🍫🥜 layered smoothie that honestly tastes like a shake & who doesn’t wanna thic delicious shake that actually makes you feel that good to start off the day?
3 frozen 🍌
1 block of soft tofu (optional, but makes it mad creamy)
2 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp peanut butter powder (or regular peanut butter)
2 tbsp coconut cream
Blend the frozen bananas, tofu & coconut cream until nice and creamy. Split the mixture into two and then blend half with the cacao & half with the peanut butter 2. (Alternatively, you can just split the ingredients into two and add the cacao/peanut butter flour in each base, but I find its harder to blend until smooth with less ingredients in the blender) & then top with granola/chocolate chips/fruits- I promise this one is a must try 👌🏻
I honestly couldn’t tell you where I was going with this picture, I was just adding random colours to my yogurt cause I was feelin’ a little more colourful than brown’s and neutrals today 😂 But here’s some peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough with a much needed fix layers of yogurt mixed with acai & a little bit of @matcha.blue blue matcha 😌
Just one more week of exams and then I will be a free bird & finally be able to get back into the kitchen to come up with some new recipes! I took a break from studying today and whipped up snickerdoodle inspired protein bliss balls and they came out SO GOOOOODDDD!! I’ll be testing them once more with a switch if ratios to see if that tastes better & then will share these delicious hunks soon 😌

Plátano+arándanos+agua+ proteína @sunwarriortribe +espirulina @aquasolarchile todo licuado en la #nutriblender de @easywayschile y encima cacao nibs+ nueces de cañamo y granola.
Llevo la mitad y ya estoy full satisfecha por la densidad de nutrientes qué hay en la porción. Hoy hablaré de vegetarianismo y veganismo como una tendencia que crece y cómo abordarla de manera responsable en @tvu_television 22:30 hrs.
Join in on that fry-day action 🍟 I always dip my potatoes in a maple dijon dip (1:2 maple & dijon mustard) but avocado’s are getting slightly cheaper lately & I have been luvin’ this weird (but so yummy ok i promise) avo dip combo: mashed avo & adding some ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika & nutritional yeast. dig in on that good good 🤫🤤
i def need to work on my parfait skills 😂 i swear there were more layers, but still tasty! i’ve been obsessed with this combo lately: 1 block of tofu blended with protein powder or cacao powder and maple syrup! And then a cookie dough crumble made with oat flour, dates, peanut/almond meal & cacao nibs. high in protein & so satisfying after a 3 hour exam 🌚
Sunday’s are for indulging and when are brownies not a good idea? 🤫 I spent this morning making some of my tahini brownies without the tahini because I ran out but they still taste 🔥 go bake you some of this good good 👅 (& hope you’re surging the ice rain for those of you in Ontario SOS)
That feel when you had tested out a bunch of recipes at school and was ready to film back at home but forget your battery charger and dies mid way… 😭 At first I was feeling very stressed about this cause I know exam period is officially in full swing and will probably have not a lot of time to film, take pictures & edit everything but I I’ve come to realize that creative outlets aren’t going anywhere, theres always time after this I guess for me “more busier & important time”. I hold in a lot of stress and my body shuts down where I lose my appetite, feel bloated 24/7 & my shoulders are to my ears (like where my neck at). Rather then dwell on this “un-ideal” situation, I decided to spend this week editing stuff I already had, testing a few more recipes (aka some diff flavours of yogurt testing & replacing 🥑 in my overnight creamy oats for those of you that keep saying you can’t find tofu!! int hint sneak-p) , studying ahead & catching up with my friends (which was long over-due). I’m not really sure where I’m going with this post I literally just typed away but I hope if you’re ever feelin’ a little stressed, know it’s OK to just chill out for a sec, spend time for yourself, use the extra time toward other things and treat yourself to some 🍦 or a massage 😌 Also, a huge thank you to everyone who’s tried my desserts lately!! It’s srsly uplifted my mood so much LUV YA FRIENDS ❤️❤️🐭
New on the blog for more tahini love ✨ Chocolate Covered Salted Caramel Bites, using tahini! These were a huge hit when I asked a couple of my friends and family members to taste test them. Perfectly caramel-y and chewy on the inside with a nice crispy chocolate coating on the outside. They’re so easy to make & of course vegan 🙆🏻 You can find the recipe up on the blog or in my last youtube video!! (plz go make they are so so so good i promise)
Another Good ol’ Monday ☀️, I think its time to share these cookies I’ve been raving about for awhile now. They’re perfectly crispy around the edges and chewy towards the centre with little pieces of chocolate chips peeping through 👀. Of course they’re vegan; but they’re also gluten free, oil free & nut free. The exact recipe will be posted up on my blog along with a video droppin’ down later today with another one of my other favourite treats made with Tahini!! #tahinilove
I don’t think I will ever go back to using just water to make oats ever again 😍 I’ve been eating oats all winter long and have experimented with like 100 different ways/combos and I’ve found that the key to the creamiest oats is making it with yogurt/coconut cream, adding in a frozen banana and it releases all its yummy juices and if chocolate oats melting in chocolate chips. I also like to hide some chocolate chips at the bottom for a little surprise at the end with blobs of delicious melty chocolate 😌
Today was one of those days I woke up, opened the curtains to find a 🌨❄️ outside and my toes freezing cold and still super burnt out from the past week. After some exams, I always let myself have a day to be a sloth, roll around and eat good- aka yogurt bowl with warm lazy berry compote swirl and 🥜 butter along side my favourite morning rounds and my addiction as of late of 1/2 coffee, 1/2 early grey tea with soy milk and 🥥 sugar. I know exams are coming soon for all of you but remember!!! take care of your body & mind by taking time for yourself and eating good to fuel ya brains 😌

Asian BBQ baked tofu with kabocha squash, jasmine rice and mixed frozen veggies 😋 one of my favourite go-to-meals lately casuse: 1. cheap 2. so quick to make cause meal prepped 3. all my fav veggies in 1 bowl 👌🏻
Can you have too much ☕️ tasting things during exams? 🤔 I think not! Mocha overnight oats with 🍫 chips, 🥜 and dried 🍒 and of course the essential: @gomacro bar!! Been luvin’ their new flavours but the mocha one hands down gets me going in the morning especially in Saturday’s when I’ll be in lab all day studying 😅 i hope the rest of you have a fun time weekend though 💕

Who else loves chocolate covered fruit? I think just the combo of something sweet and juicy (+🍌) and 🍫 just goes so well together but my favourite has to be 🍊 with a touch of salt, perfect for while you’re studying or when you just need a lil’ pick me up. I know a “recipe” isn’t needed for chocolate covered fruit but I also got some other snacks to help you through your exams up on the blog! ☺️

TBT to these creamy baked stuffed potatoes with a spiced almond crumble 😋 I have been loving using almond meal/almonds in my recipes lately, they just create such a nice texture in baked goods! Plus, you can easily make it just by blending up some almonds until it's crumbly-meal like. 🌚
