After a hard workout, walk at the dog park, and a few hours of yard work I was HUNGRY! @olivegarden has become more vegan-friendly lately; they have a guide that clearly lists vegan options and while there aren’t a lot to choose from, you can definitely get a good vegan meal there. Their breadsticks are vegan, as is the minestrone soup and pasta w/marinara sauce and veggie topping. And I got a green apple fizz that was delicious!

So here it is🙏
Recipe:
-75g flour
-70ml milk (I chose vanilla flavour)
-1 tablespoon potein powder (I used @purya.superfoods flavour pumpkin seed)
-70 ml sparkling water
-vanilla (I used vanilla sugar)
-> mix everything
-> let it rest for 10 minutes
-> fry the Crêpes on both sides
On top are in my variation blueberries, almond butter and chocolate chips...
