I’m not sure if what I experienced was sexual harassment, but it sure as FUCK was NOT ok!! And mind you; I am 100% aware that MUCH WORSE has happened and after experiencing only a FRACTION of what happens DAILY around the globe, I don’t even dare to IMAGINE the horror and hopelessness that these things bring upon an individual (as well as the horror one must feel to cause this pain in the first place...). So, if your siblings, your mom and your dad, all the people you love and YOU, my dear, got home safely today; FEEL it. Don’t take ANY circumstance for granted! This goes for both good & bad! I am immensely grateful for this experience! I think I handled it like a boss and I would act in the same way if it ever happened again. Beyond that, I also got to experience the unconditional bond that we humans (although it certainly isn’t limited to only humans!) share amongst one another. This man saw that I was in a potentially harmful situation and of course I don’t exactly know what went on in his head, but he came to my rescue!! How beautiful isn’t that??! I cried a great deal of happy tears today too: He DOESN’T even KNOW me, has never spoken a word to me; but as SOON as he sees a fellow struggling, he feels it’s his RESPONSIBILITY to stand up & offer support. So many people walk by the injustices all ignorant and shit, but you ARE part of creation; YOU carry IMPORTANCE!! GUYS: We are ALL responsible for each other! We are NOT SEPARATED. It absolutely fills my heart with tranquility when I think about the lessons I learned. First of all: Love is all around me. I need not do ANYTHING to deserve it. I am not alone. Secondly: I OWN who I am. Nobody can take my inner peace away from me. This was NOT my “fault”. But more about that tomorrow... And thirdly: The universe stands in direct communication with me. I mean, I knew that before, but more than ever I feel bloody connected, at the same time as I realize more than ever that everything happens in my favor.
TBH I feel like this experience deserves a much better caption, but I don’t want to butcher my emotions by putting them into words. I am excited for all the healing I’ve got in
Tried the vegan carrot cake in Moka Cafe, Rome and I was so surprised with how delicious it was! It was such a good texture and lovely and moist. 🥕 I also saw it Florence train station but didn’t try it then. #vegancake#veganrome#mokacafe#veganflorence
You can smell the oven. . . See the beauty of the colors. . Taste the fresh sweet cherry tomato and the bitter of the rucola salad, perfectly mixed together by the smooth burrata. And last but not the least, Olive Oil. Hungry...? Almost dinner time 🇮🇹 🇮🇩
I had pizza yesterday - twice 😁🤗
Since arriving in Italy we are on a 100% Italian diet made of pizza and pasta😆 So far we found few signs here and there promoting vegan options in restaurants, but it’s fairly few. Nevertheless pizza dough is vegan so basically it’s always possible to start with a pizza marinara (tomato sauce, garlic and oregano) and add different veggie toppings. Or this one is made with tomatoes, pesto and chilly flakes. Even most of the pasta is vegan and they have amazing mushrooms here in Rome 🤤 Which is the most vegan friendly city/ country you have visited?

A regular, reliable source of vitamin B12 is critical for anyone eating a plant-based diet. Though deficiency for those starting out with adequate stores may take years to develop, the results of B12 deficiency can be devastating, with cases reported of paralysis, psychosis, blindness, and even death. Getting enough vitamin B12 is absolutely nonnegotiable for those centering their diets around plant-based foods. For adults under age 65, the easiest way to get B12 is to take at least one 2,500 mcg supplement each week or a daily dose of 250 mcg. There are several forms of B12 like Cyanocobalamin, Methylcobalamin, Hydroxycobalamin & Adenosylcobalamim. I have recently posted the basic “panna cotta” today I will give you another delicious version of one of my favorite desserts.
The base of the recipe is the coconut. For all the coconut lovers this is a must.
"Coconut panna cotta vegan"

Here below find the ingredients:
800 ml of vegetable cream
400 ml of organic coconut milk in a can
90 g of brown sugar
40 g of grated coconut
1 sachet of vanilla
5/6 g of agar agar.
pour the ingredients into a saucepan
and boil. Boil for 2/3 minutes, always stirring.
Pour the panna cotta into the appropriate containers and let cool in the fridge.
