Does look pretty fun though, with that little bucket and stool 😍
Unfortunately we don't harvest our almond milks in store, we pay somebody else to artificially inseminate them and sell their lil almond babies over and over.
What's your favorite meal you've had this last week?
This was mine, (All Vegan) Hummus Plate, Chef Salad (lettuce, broccoli, mushrooms, red onion, cucumber, tomato, black olive, green peppers, carrot, red cabbage, sprouts, baked tofu, and avacado with a Tahini Poppyseed house made dressing. BOMB.), a Vegan Sandwich, and Vegan Calzone from @thetomatohead
If you're ever in Knoxville, it would be a crime not to check this place out. Great food, incredible staff, friendly vibes all around. They even allowed my dogs to sit outside with us while we ate! 🌸🌸🌸
It's the best time to be vegan, so many restaurants now provide amazing, affordable options for plant based eaters. With a little research, you can find amazing vegan options almost everywhere.

I meal prepped a big batch of tofu scramble and put some pre-wrapped up in the freezer for those days I don’t have time and can quickly reheat it! I’ve been eating mostly whole food but can’t resist a good tortilla 💃🏼🌮
Big thank you to @thefeedfeed.vegan for the feature yesterday! ❤️❤️ The perfect afternoon pick-me-up is these 4, yes 4, slices of Avocado Toast with Spicy Chipotle Chickpeas! Because I’m hungry. So good I could cry!
Hope everybody is having a great day!
When you're walking to the bar and you remember you haven't had food in a long time. Rookie mistake. And there aren't too many vegan options available on a Sunday night here in Dayton. But there's always pizza...
I haven't had Pizza Factory in at least 5 years, maybe closer to 10. So I gave them a call and confirmed with the helpful worker that their original crust and sauce is vegan. Score!
My roommate and I love options, so we got a half and half pizza setup for delivery. Left half had jalapeños, banana peppers, pineapple, and red onion. Right half had spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. And garlic on the whole pie.
While we waited for the food porn to arrive, we killed some old school arcade games at @dkeffectdayton, drank some crafty drinks by @acecider, and in about 30min I heard someone shouting my name for a delivery.
As soon as the lid came up, I snapped a couple photos, and we destroyed that pizza in record time. Then went back to alcohol and games like civilized adults. It was damn good, I can definitely recommend it.
Gotta love finding a local pizza joint that has vegan crust and sauce by default, has a ton of toppings to choose from, offers delivery (even beer/wine/cider delivery), is open late, and doesn't break the bank. I also heard they do a Buy One Get One Free every Monday. Say what?! Monday can't come soon enough.
And just for a little history lesson, this isn't some restaurant that opened last month and will be closed next week. Dayton's Original Pizza Factory (DOPF) opened its doors back in 1986 in the northwest corner of Dayton, then moved downtown to the South Park Historic District ten years later. Anything that old is worth checking out (yes I'm older than this company, but don't waste your time on me, just go eat their pizza, you're welcome).

Makes one loaf
1 cup sorghum flour(jowar flour)
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup peanut flour/peanut powder
1/4 cup coconut flour/ground dry coconut
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup agave syrup(or maple syrup or date syrup or honey)
2 Tbsp flax meal+6 Tbsp hot water
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
1/4 cup cashews, chopped
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
🔸Line a 9x5 inch loaf with parchment and keep aside.
🔸Whisk together flax seed meal and hot water in a small bowl and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to make flax gel. 🔸In the meanwhile, combine sorghum flour, rice flour, peanut flour, coconut flour, ground cardamom and salt. To this, add raisins and nuts and stir to coat them well with flour. Keep aside.
🔸In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, applesauce, agave syrup and flax gel.
🔸Pour wet ingredients into dry and fold. 🔸Add the baking powder and fold gently. Do not overmix.
🔸Empty the batter into the prepared pan and smoothen the top with a spatula.
🔸Bake in a preheated oven at 350℃ for an hour. Cover the pan with an aluminum foil half way through to prevent over browning. 🔸Check by inserting a skewer at the center of the bread. The skewer should come out clean with only some loose crumbs attached. If it has sticky dough on it, put back the bread into the oven and bake for few more minutes.
🔸Let the bread cool completely on a wire rack on your counter before slicing.

This was so yummy on top of pumpkin and caramelised onion bread with caramelised onion hummus spread underneath (so much onion 😜) and you obvs can’t forget the nooch! Let me know if you want the bolognaise recipe, it’s also amazing with pasta ofc 🍝
Happy 34th Birthday to me!
I wasn’t going to indulge ... even for my birthday because I wanted to stay strong for my workouts and not cheat. But my amazing fiancé looked up a VEGAN restaurant for us to go to. I thought it was the sweetest thing so I told him of course I will go!
First time going to @michigopizza and it was nice. Very cute and small restaurant and it’s nice to see more restaurants going vegan so can’t complain.
Went right down the street to @cupcake.station and had some AMAZING vegan cupcakes! Lordt you would never have guessed they were vegan if someone didn’t tell you! Have amazing taste and the icing is so rich! OMG!
I used to spend birthdays at the clubs but now the only person I want to spend it with is my future hubby eating good food! ❤️
Yes that's a fuckload of chocolate in my oatmeal. But its to disguise the fact that I just sprinkled cloves instead of cinnamon over it 😖 it's the second time I've done this in a week - the first time I put curry powder in my husbands overnight oats. I really really need to double check what I'm grabbing down from my spice shelf. But lets face it, I probably still wont learn 🤷♀️
