I used to think healthy eating was ALL no this and no that, and ONLY twigs 'N berries and so forth. While I'm a huge fan of berries and cinna stix etc... a girl like me needs a few more meals that are indulgent. Only thing is a girl like me needs a snatched waistline sooo... I HAD to find a way to have BOTH. AND NO! It's not more expensive if you actually cook your own food. SIDENOTE: YES that's blueberry jam on my english muffin, No I do not feel guilty nor should I. The last time I had jam was 2 months ago, and NO I didn't feel deprived because I was too busy eating other indulgent options. If you're tired of starving yourself just to look good for a very short time MESSAGE me! I've got you, and I'll show you how! 😘
Which side would you pick? 🙏🏼 Left side is vegan mozza, olives & mushrooms 🍄 and the right side is vegan mozza and spinach 🌱 This was the best pizza I’ve ever had (including the non-vegan days!) 🍕 It was quite the process but worth every second 😋 I used the stuffed pizza crust recipe from @hotforfood and then made vegan mozzarella from @thehappypear to stuff the crust & add on top and it was a match made in vegan HEAVEN 🤘🏼

I’ve come a loooong way! 1k people have subscribed to my face and food on YouTube and to me that’s crayyy! My personal health journey has grown into a brand and all of the love and support I’ve received along the way has been so amazing. I’m beyond humbled and grateful. I can only repay that love by pushing out great content, and, that’s what I intend to do! Last night, we had one of the most considerate parties ever! • @guilletejada from @estosdosmanes hosted a surprise birthday party for his partner @agomezprado which included an asian fusion cooking show by Chef @sirfelipechong 👨🏻🍳🥡! • They took into account all dietary options, from allergies to vegans and celiacs. Bravo! 🌿👏🏼 My favorite dishes were the eggplant hummus, the “ensalada fresca” and the curry tofu 👌🏼💯 The cake was by @karmacafepty obvy! 😁💖
