Morning Motivation : Live Every Day With The Mantra “I Can And I Will”
How strongly do you believe in your mind that there are no limits to what you can achieve? It’s important you work on this mindset daily as it’s the fact as you are only limited by what your mind believes.
I Can And I Will is a mantra ive used for decades and have drilled into the thousands of clients I’ve worked with all over the world. The language you use is so important for creating positive or negative energy so be careful of your words.
I Can And I Will are positive enpowering words as opposed to I’ll Try and I might. It’s the same with When vs If. From today on adopt the mantra “I Can And I Will” and sat it repeatedly throughout every day. Put energy behind it and drill it into your mind. When you truly believe this mantra there are no limits and you can create the life of your dreams. Go out there and make it happen.

Lil’ Jürgen Kloppig was found as a tiny stray piglet in Liverpool by a very apparent Liverpool FC supporter ⚽️❤️

Jürgy quickly found a loving home but sadly was returned to us as he was making a bit of a racket when separated from his family in the garden. We suspected it was separation anxiety, however knowing him better now, it’s very possible he just wanted more space to play.
~
Jürgy is very happily back with us and with his pal, Dolly 👫
~
When Jürgen first came to us he was tiny... you could hold him in your arms 😍 He’s much bigger now but still a baby compared to our other pigs. We suspect that he hasn’t finished growing yet but only time will tell (his appetite will surely ensure he continues to grow in one direction at least... 😂)

Little Jürgy is always cute, often hilarious, and sometimes a typical stubborn piggy. He’s a lil’ dynamo, always buzzing about playfully - not too dissimilar to his charismatic namesake 😂 (although it’s doubtful that the manager of LFC loves the mud, compost, and tummy tickles as much as our Jürgen...🙄😂)

Ultimately, we’d love for Jürgen to be rehomed somewhere with plenty of space and the companionship of another friendly pig, but until that day comes he’ll never walk alone at Freshfields ❤️🐷🐽

Tonight’s dinner “Speedy gnocchi” is made from the @hellofreshau box I got delivered yesterday! I was able to use most of the ingredients but substituted the cheese and yoghurt to make a dairy free pesto 👌🏼 this recipe is so yummy and easy!

🔹 Bicarbonato e aceto di mele 🍎
1⃣ Unite le farine, aggiungete gli albumi e il latte 🥛 amalgamate bene con i pezzetti di mango.

Trying out an Osteo this week (will report back) as I get lower back pain occasionally (scoliosis life) and exercise a lot so I want to look after myself as much as possible and do more things that are proactive rather than reactive when it starts to hurt 🙌

Remember exercise is one of the 4 key foundational daily habits. Today we are open 7am to 9pm. There are MSS classes at 9am, 4pm and 6pm. There’s Kids Hip Hop and Dance(10-15 yrs) at 6pm. Hi there 👋🏾 So far Cyprus has been amazing, the food has been real good as well. This is a vegetarian dolmades at the farmers tavern in Ayia Napa. As far as I’m aware this is vegan and yummy. If you guys ever go get this!
this photo was so hard to achieve because my legs were shaky little ones after a big training session and I am a bit of a jelly now 🍑(how is there not a jelly emoji?!) did a bit of research over the last couple o’ days and sorted my training out 👌🏻 my new goals are much more muscle endurance based with flexibility training and as much bouldering as I can doooo 😌🧗🏼♀️ as much as this bulk has been a good experience I’ve been feeling groggy and uncomfortable eating so much food all the time. I wanna stick to intuitive eating - while making sure I get enough protein - and just get really connected to my body 🙃🌈
