I’m stressing the Hawaiian spirulina and wild blueberries guys. You can find the specific spirulina on amazon or iherb and the wild bloobs at a Health store in the freezer. Don’t worry, the benefits heighten when they are frozen. Including the fact that wild blueberries pull out rot in your brain from pesticides chemicals and all other shizz we unwillingly consume on a daily basis
That’s just the tip of the iceberg for what those two products can do for you. I eat a smoothie bowl any time of the day it’s not limited to breakfast and is a key thing I reach to when I need some emotional comfort

I had some bananas that I had to used before they went bad. So I bake up some vegan banana nut muffins. They came out fluffy and tasty. I outdid myself with these. #veganfood#vegan#vegandessert#muffins

🌶Black bean filling:
- Dice half an onion and cook until glassy
- Add garlic & coriander
- Mix in one can of black beans
- Season with: Cumin - Salt - Paprika - 1/2 tsp of Biryani
🌶Tofu Scramble Filling:
- Dice half an onion & cook until glassy
- Break firm tofu up into little pieces & add to the onion
- Season with: Garlic powder - Salt - Black pepper - Nutritional yeast - Biryani

Make a healthy yet delicious cake to thank your mom this Mother’s Day! 4 layers of soft vegan sponge cake, with a sugar free Raspberry Jam filling between each layer, covered by a smooth chocolate mousse cream. The cake is egg free, dairy free, butter free, low G.I., and low in saturated fat!
In this class you will learn how to make:
Vegan Chocolate Sponge Cake
Sugar Free Raspberry Chia Jam (for filling)
Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cream (for frosting)
Everything will be made from scratch, and each student will make and take home a 5-inch cake (approx 1.5-2lbs, can serve 6-8 people).

Dark Chocolate espresso cupcakes with white chocolate ganache Oreo filling, frosted with double orange Cointreau French buttercream
Made these super indulgent cupcakes for my birthday and my husband and enjoyed them on our roof last night along with a glass of wine and the city view
I used the @isachandra chocolate cupcake recipe from #vegancupcakestakeovertheworld , but added espresso powder plus both chocolate and coffee extract.
I used the @miyokoschinner white chocolate recipe from #thehomemadeveganpantry to make the ganache, which I then mixed with crushed Oreos.
I used @miyokoschinner French buttercream recipe also from the same cookbook, which I flavored with orange zest, orange extract and a healthy amount of Cointreau.

Chocolate chip hazelnut cookies 🤩 Recipe inspired by @kalejunkie seriously guys every recipe I’ve tried from her has turned out amazing, you need to check out her page and website. Had some downtime this afternoon, so @katiegsully and I decided to get baking 👩🏻🍳 Took maybe 20 minutes total to make these and I swear they will not disappoint. GF/Paleo/Vegan friendly too 😊
Here’s the recipe:
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup (I subbed this with agave nectar)
1/4 cup nut butter of choice (I used sunflower seed butter!) 1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp almond milk
**Mix together liquid ingredients. Set aside.**
1 cup and 4 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
**Mix dry ingredients and stir into liquid ingredients. Fold in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or cacao nibs!) Bake for 10 mins at 350 and let cool for a couple more minutes (they will be soft when they come out, but they get crispier as they cool!) What I love about these cookies is they are nice and crispy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside. And it’s such a quick recipe, so it’s very convenient and easy to make! I’ve been loving @kalejunkie‘s recipes lately, so be sure to check her out! I think I’m gonna try out her tahini bread next!
