Heute Mittag gab es Couscous Salat, es geht super schnell und es ist sehr einfach zu transportieren.
Ich habe 1/2 rote Zwiebeln, eine Zucchini und zwei Karotten klein geschnitten und angebraten. In dieser Zeit habe ich den Couscous in Wasser eingeweicht (circa. 3 min) dann habe ich den Couscous mit dem restlichen Wasser zusammen in die Pfanne gegeben und köcheln lassen bis das Wasser verdampft war. Gewürzt habe ich es mit Dattelsirup, Curry und Salz. Der Dattelsirup gibt allem einen leckere süße!

For lunch I made a couscous salad, its super easy and fast. I cut 1/2 red onions, a zucchini and two carrots and seared it. Then I cooked the couscous for 3 min until the water evaporated. I added date nectar, curry and salt. The nectar is super to give it a sweet flavour!
