I mixed lentils, quinoa, chickpeas and flour
The flour have spelled flour, rice flour, light rye flour, whole grain barley flour, corn flour and oat flour
On a hot pan, I cook with coconut oil à handful of the dought, wait for 2 less on every face and bon appetit! 🙌

Cuit sur une poêle chaude, avec de l'huile de coco, une poignée de la pâte. À cuir environ 2 mins Sur chaque face 🙏 bon appétit !

Vegan Philly Cheesesteak. This is what I did with the Seitan I made. This is another Hot For Food-Vegan Comfort Classic recipe. I’m a bit obsessed at the min. The sauce is a nacho cheese made with potato, carrot, jalapeño and nooch. The seitan is stir fried with a vegan Worcestershire sauce 👊💚Italian Center Shop Buns @italiancentreshop

Vegan Pizza Mac and cheese from @laurentoyota. Watched the @hotforfood video and had to try. Soooooo good. (Left it in the broil a few min extra :s) seriously tho AMAZING. Love my #vegancomfortclassics cook book and trying out new recipies :)
Yes, that’s @hotforfood again... I was craving cupcakes and I remembered the customizable cake recipes from vegan comfort classics. We already tried the spiced apple cupcakes, so this time I made chocolate cupcakes. The cake recipe is super easy and delicious and moist! It is not overly sweet, which I like. For the buttercream, I made the vanilla buttercream but I swapped half the butter for peanut butter to make peanut butter and chocolate cupcakes🍰 I did not measure the powdered sugar because I aways make my buttercream as a like. This combination is amazing and I recon these will be gone soon!😍
