This is what I’ve done today for the #veganaf workshop for our company @vibracocina on this hot and rainy Sunday !!!!
On pure impro I’ve created this dish cause one of the girls said something about #spiralizedbeets and #rawfood so, in that flow I’ve done this. Having this #aguacatecriollo which are ultra creamy and watery I added some lime juice salt pepper and muahahahaha #vodka to that cream. The beets are mixed with Dijon mustard, salt, lime juice.
On top there’s a ripe #plantain cream. Very simple and fusion food between Caribbean raw food with some struggling with the spiralize machine, apparently Larry @cortsilv dad which is a lefty struggle more but then daughter came to rescue with her own technique and did it like a boss. The other 4 hoomans enjoyed watching and much more eating this amazing raw goodness.
This was part of a 4hs cooking class were we did ton of different stuff, from classic Italian fresh sauces to french mother sauces the vegan way such as #bechamel with different ingredients 🇮🇹🇫🇷
Also some fake fish British fish and chips batter #vegan style !!! All that with my best #kitchenhacks and tricks. How to use waste. How to cook properly. How to a healthy deep fry. And much more. In honor of Snoop Doggs Holiday we took a shot at making vegan edibles! We made PB & J rice crispy balls, pumpkin, apple oatmeal cookies and the famous crunchy peanut butter and chocolate balls! Seriously this was so tedious but incredibly happy with how these came out. They taste awesome plus we're feeling good so I think these were a success!

An absolute #plantbased feast with @thehappypear last night at #Waitrose . Super inspiring, absolutely delicious dishes that were so quick to prepare. Can't recommend the recipes enough!
This is just a selection of the food I had last night with a menu of:
1. Cookie dough 🍪 #rawenergyballs
2. Pancakes with berries and @coyo_uk
3. Spinach and coconut Chana masala
4. Lentil and green bean shepherdless Pie with sweet potato mash and a chilli and coriander pesto drizzle
5. Chocolate mousse
6. The BEST #raw banoffee pie . Genuinely you wouldn't believe this was made with just nuts, dates, banana, coconut oil, coconut cream and grated dark chocolate. Swipe to see in all its glory!
