If you have been working hard and training hard for the whole week, treat yourself well at the weekends.
Don't be too hard on yourself and stay insanely strict everyday with your diet even when you are on a fitness goal. Because to make that goal doable, you gotta be realistic with your need and demand. Just count that cheat meal in your diet schedule and work harder the next day! Because if you keep underappreciating your need and not giving your body the treats it wants once in a while, it will remember that and it will get back to you later. That's when unhealthy craving and binging comes in.
Just make sure that your cheat meals is still vegan because you don't wanna hurt nobody when you enjoy your food and still try to add some veggies and drink a lot of water along the way then go ahead and indulge yourself. You can get anything you want in the world vegan nowadays and no animals have to suffer. Pizza, burger, cheese icecream, cakes you name it, they all have vegan version 🙏
Never have the attitude that you have to give up something when going vegan! Take it as the joy of exploring new things and discovering yourself! Vegan food is so yum and you will be surprised how many types of plant food (tons of different veggies, beans and grains) are out there in the plant kingdom. There's so much you gonna learn about your spiritual self when you go vegan. Awaken your compassion!
No you don’t have to become a gourmet cook, if you go vegan
Things are changing. You want to have vegan pizza? No problem. Donuts? Go for it. There are plantbased delicious alternatives for almost everything
Try it before you judge
But don’t forget to eat your veggies! .
Seriously need to try durian one day, everyone keeps talking about it! I had decided to take this picture the other day because it was my first time seeing it in person. What do you think about durian?Have you tried it? If so, where are you from? Is it worth it if it's not grown locally where I'm from?🤔 Let me know in the comments, id love to hear from you☺️❤️🙌 (update: I was just informed that this is a jackfruit...whoops. My durian inquiries still stand though💪)
For many reasons, @busboysandpoets is one of my favorite restaurants ever. So tonight was extra special to eat and be here with great friends and colleagues as we work towards helping make Indiana more equitable, empathetic, empowered, and love-centered. #theveganintersection#veganintersection#lovebuildscommunity

This restaurant in Chelsea was fantastic! It is in beautiful location and is an entirely vegan restaurant. I strongly suggest you give it a go, it’s not too expensive considering it’s in central London. The Mac and Cheese side was amazing. If you miss cheese like me, you need to go here! I went with my friend Dani who is not vegan but she tried the seitan burger and loved it 🍔🥗🧀
Last night I made mac n' cheese, didn't eat it, and took numerous pictures of it for Instagram. This was my brains method of procrastination against writing my paper, apparently.🙄📚😂 Comment if you'd like me to post the recipe☺️🌱❤️ All you need issss:
Shredded vegan cheese
Unsweetened almond milk
Hemp seeds (optional)
First I boil a pot of pasta, I personally like the shape of macaroni the best for this but you can use whatever you have☺️ I drain out the pasta once it's done cooking, and I'll immediately add some shredded vegan cheese (I personally used Daiya in this one because it's just more convenient for me to find). I also add around 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, depending on the amount of pasta. If I notice the pasta is getting dry, I like to add a few splashes of unsweetened almond milk. This really does the trick! Also I love to add hemp seeds for extra crunch and texture, it's seriously a game changer☺️🌱💪 Let me know if you made it, and I hope you enjoy!☺️🌱❤️
Aujourd'hui j'ai un an.
Go vegan for the planet, for the animals and for yourself. 💚
