PER REQUEST... My Saturday 🍑 building workout (PLEASE NOTE this is SPED UP quite a bit. it's best to have slow and controlled movements to properly build bulk in the booty)
1️⃣ Lunges 15 rep each side 20lb weight
2️⃣ Deep Squats 15 rep 20lb weight (slow and controlled, squeeze those glutes all the way!!)
3️⃣Single Arm Rows 15rep each side w/ 20lb weight -targets the lower back/ upper glute (engage those muscles while you row)
4️⃣ Single leg lift 25rep each side w/ 5 lb ankle weight
5️⃣ Hold your leg in place at a 45° angle (hold for 25 sec each side)
6️⃣ Small controlled pulses (30 rep)
7️⃣Knee to chest. 15 reps each side(Be sure to really flex that glute on the diagnal kick-back, hips should be leaning SLIGHTLY FORWARD)
8️⃣ Donkey kicks (I don't know the name) 15 rep each side.
9️⃣ Lateral Knee Lifts 15 reps each side. ⤵️⤵️⤵️
Repeat each excersize 3x's for an extra challenge! Your glutes should be on 🔥🔥🔥 after this one 🦄

Just a girl feeling on top of the world! ⛰🙌🏻💁🏼♀️🌎💫 With my birthday right around the corner, we decided to take the day hiking (something I love 💕) and spend some good ole quality time unplugged 💑 (so important! 🙏🏻) The trail was WAY harder than I thought it would be, Maryland’s little “bumps” don’t even compare to NE’s huge mountains!! 😂 It brought me back to doing OCR’s, which is how Lucas and I met.. we fell in love with each other because we BOTH were addicted to challenging ourselves both physically & mentally daily in order to become BETTER. 🙌🏻 We both knew that when you take care of YOU and when you love YOURSELF, that’s when you have enough love and positivity in YOUR cup to then let that overflow to others and your relationships! 💯
And DAMN, this was such a hard lesson for me to learn LOL. I ALWAYS was trying to do things for others, make others like me, forcing my shitty relationships to work, when NONE of that was right or EVER going to work because I wasn’t taking care of ME. 😩
I am SO freaking grateful that the old stubborn, miserable, pessimistic me finally was so fed up with hating life that I was desperate enough to FINALLY get healthy. 😂🙌🏻 but seriously, I NEVER would have thought it would lead me here! 😭💕 So maybe you’re mad at your current circumstances, or maybe you hate looking in the mirror, either way.. it starts with YOU. 👏🏻 EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN LIFE STARTS WITH YOU. ❤️ And yeah, maybe you’re NOT feeling on top of the world right now. Crushed another leg/glute day this morning! Who doesn’t love a good glute pump?! 🙌🏼🍑 I was unable to do squats for a little while due to some hip mobility issues. But those issues have FINALLY been resolved and I’m back on that sweet, sweet squat train and already feeling stronger!

ON THE GO VEGAN 🏃🏼♀️Sainsbury’s do so many great vegan lunch options, and this was my find today! The avocado with tomato purée and basil was perfectly balanced, and the bread wasn’t soggy or anything as I feared 👌🏻😍
Way too busy even if I’m on vacation. Had a very stressful day... spent the whole day with mom in hospital bc she had an allergical reaction to her medicine. But finally she’s recovering 💕 i want to thank you all for the wishes and good vibes for her. Love you. .
Okay - time for a little life update because I’m about to make some drastic changes. To give a little background - 10 years ago I went vegetarian for 5 years. The last year i was vegetarian I developed an eating disorder. I never got to a point where I went into treatment (although I probably needed it). I was able to pull myself out of t and I abandoned vegetarianism out of social pressure and the desire to abandon diet restrictions. That was 8 years ago. Since then I have gained 60 pounds and have suffered from terrible digestive issues that my dr cannot solve and I cannot get the weight off no matter how strict I am with macros or how much i exercise. I’ve been researching and believe my digestive issues are partly from my previous eating disorder and not coming out of it healthily, partly from returning to eating meat, and i also believe i have contracted some sort of parasite in my travels from weakened immune and digestive systems. Today I’m starting a 1 month parasite cleanse with my boyfriend and I am going to eat a strictly vegan diet. It’s kind of a last ditch attempt to fix myself and i want to document the process! So here’s to day 1. 🌻
