Anyone else think about their post workout feed during a workout❓🙋🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️😂🥑🌱
Tried out these rings on the weekend & they are a great challenge! So much control is needed to avoid falling - my arms were shaking first time I jumped on😂
Learned a lot of body weight/calisthenics stuff this weekend & I’m over the moon about this style of training! It’s so fun🙌🏼
Looking forward to seeing the progress I’ll be making💪🏼
The first week of my challenge went excellent! It did feel quite long though 😬
Week 2 now...💪🏼
Hope you all have a great week! Don’t forget to show your body some love by nourishing it & moving🏃🏽♂️🌱
Last day of no running, no training plans, no meal prep, no hill repeats, mountain running or track sessions, no strength training, no stretching & foam rolling, no early bedtime, no “healthy” amount of alcohol consumption and less days with nothing to do but relax by a campfire BUT I am so damn excited to start 100-mile training. It’s going to be an amazing, tough journey these next few months. Bring it!
I think this spin deserves at least +1000000000000000000 GOE @jared.skatingspam !! What’s a spin that has always been a struggle for y’all? Mine probably is hair cutters or catch camels!! I have never been able to do them😂😭
The good side. Swipe for the bad side. The difference is huge.
We all have a 'bad' side. That's okay. Observe without judging. Once you have reached perfection there is nowhere left to go.
How do I get abs?
I used to do abs after every workout when I first started fitness. You could say I was obsessed. I think it’s fair to say most of us think there’s some secret ab workouts that these fitness guys do to get abs. I had the “skinny fat” body which made it difficult at first because I had no knowledge of nutrition and dieting. I thought it’s all about doing as many crunches as possible. .
There’s no secret pill or workout to get you abs. It mostly depends on your calorie intake and your bodyfat%. You could do 3478382 crunches, and your abs would still not be visible if your bodyfat% is high.
Day 6 of the #kokocraterstairschallenge We arrived the same time the ambulance did. This was the 2nd rescue of the evening where a helicopter 🚁 had to airlift the hiker to get medical attention. It was gnarly watching this happen after the sun had set. I can’t imagine the adrenaline that was pumping through the pilot but he/she did an incredible job. #firstresponders are a complete blessing 🙏💕👏
Lemon Macadamia Fat Bombs 🍋😲🍋😲🍋😲🍋😲🍋
Ohhhhh yummmm! All the good fats you need. 😲 Decadence!!! If you aren’t exactly sure what a FAT BOMB is, it’s a treat that is highhh in healthy fats and SUPER low in carbs. They’re especially popular in keto diets (high fat, low carb), but anyone just wanting to feel better by cutting carbs outa their lives loooove them too. They are good for EVERYONE! Me, I just think they are sooooo YUMMMY!!! I like-a-da-fat!!!! 🤗💕 Gimme!
3/4 cup melted organic coconut oil
1/4 melted cacao butter
1/4 organic melted coconut butter
3 tablespoons almond flour
3 tablespoons organic coconut flour
1 splash vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
1 or 2 lemons, juiced & zested (I like a lot of lemon...taste and see if you want to add more than one lemon 🍋!)
2 Tablespoons Erythritol (taste for sweetness and add more if you like it sweeter! Erythritol is like stevia, all natural and has zero Calories/carbs)
1/2cups raw macadamia nuts
Melt coconut oil, coconut butter, and cacao butter in a double broiler over very low heat. Be patient. If you’re butters and oils get too hot, your fat bombs won’t stay solid at room temperature. Patience! In your blender, combine melted mixture with the flours, vanilla, Erythritol, and lemon juice/zest. (adjust Erythritol and lemon to taste). Blend until well combined. Add the macadamia nuts, pulse a few times to combine and lightly chop. Portion into a silicone mold or mini cupcake papers and chill until firm. Enjoy! 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 #plantbasedchef#rawveganchef#rawveganfoodshare#rawveganrecipes#plantbasedrecipes#plantbasedfoodshare#veganchef#veganrecipes#veganfoodshare#rawveganathlete#veganathlete#plantbasedathlete#phoenixrawvegan#phoenixvegan#phoenixplantbased#glutenfree#glutenfreerecipes#glutenfreechef#glutenfreefoodshare#lifefood#livingfood#plantbased#vegan#rawvegan#ketodiet#ketogenicdiet#ketorecipes
We wear running shoes everyday out of necessity, style, and even comfort. We mold our identity over brands. We believe in the essence of that particular brand as if we are part of that community. And it’s completely true. We wear Nike running shoes because we believe in their message “Just do it” There is another running brand that might just take over the running industry. I want to introduce to you CloudFlow by @on_running. There have revolutionized the way you run. My first run with these runs I was able to drastically increase my running time👌It honestly felt like I was running on clouds😂 There is no doubt they will be the next Nike Brand👍
