Berry Oatmeal with coconut chia yoghurt, coconut curls and raw cocoa hazelnut butter 😋 I’ve recently discovered oatmeal for my breakfasts, which is odd because it’s summer in Hamburg and oatmeal is more like a winter breakkie I guess but is there anyone else who also eats warm breakfasts in summer?? 🙏🏼 I never liked the consistency of it until now but I finally got to love it which is awesome because it’s such a healthy and quick breakfast option 😍
You most certainly can have your smoothie and pudding too! Coconut milk, cacao powder, ashwagandha powder, maca powder, chia seeds, and your favorite protein powder. Top it with sliced almonds, goji berries, and coconut flakes. @nat.2706 I'm bringing it to the pre-party!!!

These oat choc cookies are vegan, refined sugarfree and nutfree. I made them for the belated birthday party of my son tomorrow and as there are kids with food allergies or intolerances I only used ingredients which are generally well tolerated.
Wish me luck for the party tomorrow (there will be more than 20 kids in our house).
I'm thinking of all those who are affected by the hurricane. I hope it will cause no big damage any more. .
3 cups oats (you can use glutenfree oats if you want)
1/2 mashed sweet potato
2 chia eggs (blend chia seeds and let them soak in the double amount of water for at least 10 minutes)
2 cups (500ml) plantbased milk (I used oat milk)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix all ingredients. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls. Place on lined tray and flatten slightly. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then cool on a wire rack until completely cold. .
