A lot of people advised against wearing the shirt, saying I should dress more professionally but I thought it would be funny. Luckily loads of folks saw where my humour was coming from
RELIGION IS NOT FASHIONABLE // At least not today. I'm very aware of that when the Easter long weekend means #holidays for many. For us chez Gigi, for me, these days are holy-days and actually quite busy, thanks to my volunteery children 😂 .
And even though I am sleepy, I am nevertheless happy to be up in the cool 14° surrounded by the gorgeous sounds of suburban birdsong, because #trees .

We all live and believe different things, mine is expressed through #faith . And because we so busy, we are being casual but chic with our #headscarf and college hoody. 😜

And when the old ladies at church who come early tell you that they admire the way you wear your hair, that they were looking at it last night (also at church), you can't help but give thanks that you're able to celebrate #beauty through the means of #fashion , which for me, is also #spiritual .

Did @chanelofficial miss the memo? While the global move is towards a reduction of plastic consumption due to contamination of the worlds oceans & drinking water its eye rolling to see Chanel push it out on the Paris catwalk. Are they that disconnected from the market? Fashion is meant to be forward focused instead this collection looks positively last century. 😟

Today marks a new chapter in my life. I hit my 10 year mark with my employer last year which means Long Service Leave 🤗 so I have taken some extended leave from work (8 months 🤭) and am going to complete 2 semesters at uni to FINALLY finish my Undergrad 😁 I am so excited to have this opportunity and to rejuvenate over this time.
