If you want to do better at a cardio sport I highly recommend this product. This mask definitely pushes you to perform better. It restricts your breathing to the point that it expands your lungs. You can easily adjust the levels of endurance. Using this mask during my training has dramatically improved my endurance and stamina. Training mask fits snugly and worked great!

Goal this week is to shave off 0.3 seconds off UFC star @bullyb170 reaction time. Along with that we're trying to clean up a lot of the extra movement that accompanies over loading the brain with cognitive processing.
0.3 seconds may not seem like a lot but in a sport where a 0.1 second difference can result in a knockout or a blocked strike, it is a lot of time to work with.
In this drill Belal has to knock out the colors in a specific sequence then immediately sprawl and reach for the one target that is different from the rest. Each repetition changes so it's never the same sequence forcing him to constantly adapt. Finding the one target that is different helps him scan and identify potential targets to grab after the sprawl.
