💁#turmeric#turmericforhealth#turmericforhealing#honey#peper#foodphotography

🐾 We are happy to offer some awesome treats & supplements including the powerful turmeric root. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory supplement that helps with cysts, arthritis & allergies in pets.
Testing and tasting a cup of turmeric tea tonight to see if it's worth stocking this tea at Tiny Tea Shop. Yes turmeric is antiinflammatory but the amount in an infused cuppa tea is quite miniscule for serious inflammatory issues plus doses need to be blended with black pepper too to activate its antiinflammatory properties.
Verdict: I'm rather surprised... how smooth and pleasant the taste, and relaxing the effect. Brightened my vision and mental alertness too.
Hmmm. Much better than when I made my own with turmeric powder urrgh 😀 def will get some to add into a healing blend! 🌿🌿🌿🌿
Turmeric may be the most effective nutritional supplement in existence.
Many high quality studies show that it has major benefits for your body and brain.
Turmeric is the spice that gives curry its yellow color.
It has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb.
Recently, science has started to back up what the Indians have known for a long time... it really does contain compounds with medicinal properties
As a chronic pain sufferer I can vouch for turmeric 👍 Although I knew of its benefits I didn’t really understand that tossing it in a curry or soup once a week would not be much help. What we need for pain relief and cancer prevention is a good dose every day AND it needs to be paired with black pepper so that it is bio available. The best two ways to get it (I do both) are by taking the Golden Grind Turmeric tablets and having a latte made with MidasCup superfood turmeric blend. 😍 Pair these two with a few natural beauty products, use the code MUM20 at the checkout and you will have yourself the most amazing Mother’s Day present ever 😜 🎁 💝
Turmeric and Everything But the Bagel Eggs! DO it!!! If you have been thinking about trying this seasoning, its so good! I cooked the eggs in Turmeric and sprinkled this and a little black pepper on top! Toast some Sprouted Whole grain bread, spread with butter, top with tomatoes, onion and spinach. Then add the Turmeric eggs and as much seasoning as you desire. Turmeric is a anti inflammatory and something that I have been trying to add into my life!
Happy Friday friends, fuel your body and check in with me about the bootcamp, I have TWO spots left and you will be learning about food for sure :)

Last week at my farmers market I saw that they were selling cannabis desserts. The brownies looked enticing but I decided to pass. This week, low and behold I found fresh turmeric. Funny things is that the guys who run the farmers market had no idea what it was or what is was used for. I quickly grabbed a bag and filled up- I have many uses of turmeric. I use it mainly in our morning juice but also in salads and in my indian food. The health benefits of this superfood can never be overstated.
Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory and a powerful antioxidant. It has potent anti-microbial properties. It has anti-cancer properties and wound healing properties. It protects skin health, and regulates immune responses. It protects us neurologically and benefits brain health. It protects our heart. Turmeric works as a detoxifying agent and protects from heavy metal, carcinogen and drug induced toxicity. It also supports both male and female reproductive health. It is great for oral and dental hygiene. It has pain relieving effect. It benefits in metabolic diseases like diabetes, metabolic syndrome etc. Finally it preserves bone health and protects from arthritis and osteoporosis. Like I said, this is no simple superfood - it is super powerful.
I got home as quick as I could from the farmers market and got out my juice extractor.
