I visited Salvation Mountain last month. Maybe I wasn’t sure what to expect or maybe it was the fact that this place was built from the ground up, but I was absolutely blown away. People were rushing by me and moving around the paths so quickly. I just slowly made my way through the tunnels and caves and chaos. It felt so surreal, like I was walking through a life-size gingerbread house or something. In one of the larger rooms, I stared up at one point and couldn’t even wrap my head around how someone piled materials up so high. It was magical.
While the mountain itself is amazing, if you visit here don’t forget to check out the entire area of Slab City. Such a unique and wonderful area!
omgsh you guys me la pase de lo mejor en Rhythms of the Night 🎭 this tour came w a boat ride to the theater, open bar & buffet. It was a little pricey but worth every penny! Las Caletas is such a gorgeous (and romantic) place 😍 little sad me and my bf couldn’t get a pic together bc we were too busy stuffing our faces w the buffet 🙊 if you guys ever come to PVR it’s a must!
DID YOU KNOW ⁉️ There are over 13,000 yellow ‘medallion’ taxicabs 🚕 in New York City, USA, and over 50,000 taxicab drivers. In 1967, the city ordered all medallion cabs to be painted yellow in order to cut down on the number of unofficial taxis #didyouknow#travel#newyork
