New phase = New moves
So the way this workout goes:
30 seconds of skipping type moves. Followed by 30 seconds of another HIIT move. We repeat those moves 3x and THEN follow it with 10 reps of an ab move.
Then we move onto the next 3 moves. 1st one always a form of skipping. 2nd move is HIIT. 3rd move is an ab exercise.
The workout was approximately 40 minutes. ••••••••••••
You can keep creeping away & watching but that will get you ZERO results. You could always reach out to me and ask how you can join 👭👯♂️
We are always looking for people looking to get fit wit us 💦💪🏽

SAN CARLOS - a not as popular Mexico destination, but definitely one of my favorites! I mean cmonnnn. Less crowded beaches and sunsets like this?? 1000x yes! TRAVEL TIP: if you’re into scuba diving check out the Sea of Cortez through the El Mar Dive shop! Best in town. Summertime you’ll get to enjoy crystal clear waters and if you’re lucky see a hammerhead, manta ray, and enjoy the sea lions 🦁 🦈
Not far from French Creek is a little place called St. Peter’s Village. Behind the village runs a stream that is bordered by hundreds of boulders. Our kiddos of course wanted to climb all over those boulders, and turns out it’s a pretty nice spot for taking pictures too.
A solo British expat who’s just relocated to Singapore 🇸🇬 to follow my dream of working abroad and travelling the world .
Attempting to find my feet in this culturally diverse city by eating and drinking my way around the island
Hopefully I can lend a helping hand to my fellow expats or curious visitors .
Wish me luck!
