Scapular and shoulder mobility
This is an amazing work by Danny Quirk showing the relationship between the scapular and shoulder motion.
When shoulder pain and restrictions presented, we often look at the scapular because it's the base of the shoulder joint. If there is faulty mechanics at the scapular, it will alter the shoulder joint arthokinesmatic.
If band mobility work and lacrosse ball roll out do not work, look at your scapular!

How to train your upper,middle ,lower trapezius and low back muscle by using your body weight?
Prone position,lift up both your upper and lower extremity .Prevent hyperlordosis of your lumbar spine.
Abduct both of your arm form thigh to head ,must external rotate your shoulder to prevent shoulder impingement syndrome .
Keep your chin in can strengthening your posterior muscle of your cervical spine and prevent cervical spine HIVD.
Keep training ,peace🤘
So now it’s been eight days since I first felt a badly pulled muscle in my neck/trapezius muscle. It took a deep tissue massage, a lot of biofreeze, and four days for the neck to feel better. Then the migraine hit for three days. Now that the migraine is gone, my neck is worse than it was before. .
About four years ago, an MRI showed cervical spondylosis at the C3 and C4 vertebrae. About six months ago, every time I turn my neck it feels (and sounds like) sand or small pebbles crunching around. .
So I’m convinced that now it’s time for acupuncture. I have my first appointment Monday. .
I SO do not like being inactive and this week has beaten me down.

These two exercises are excellent for improving both head/neck/shoulder/mid back posture and for improving strength in areas that are usually SUPER weak.👎 If you have numbness⚡️ down the arm (as demonstrated by the dermatome painting 🎨by @AshleyKayArt), working on perfect technique and form with both of these movements may help to reduce 📉your numbness/tingling/burning/etc.
We see the lawnmower dumbbell row being done in Globo Gyms around the world.🤣 Learning to pull the blades down ⬇️toward your butt! Prevent them from shrugging🤷♂️, over-activating the upper trap, and rolling forward🔄… this can cause neck tightness and pinching👌 in the shoulder. Isolating the lower trapezius in the mid back will help to strengthen them and keep your blades in position without you having to think about it. Use a light weight! Don’t let your EGO LIFTING💪 cause you to lift 100lb dumbbells with sub-par form. Grab a 10-30 lb dumbbell and do SUPER SLOW rows with perfect 🥇form.
As for the chin tuck exercise, this is AWESOME for reducing neck tightness and getting in touch with your head position. A lot of you try to pull your head back🔙, but your head is still tilted back and your chin sticks out. Learning to rotate🔄 your head and tuck your chin WITHOUT 🚫turning on the muscles in the front of the neck will help to strengthen the deeper neck muscles. It is okay for the muscles in the front of the neck to turn on, just not in this exercise. 🤪
