10/10 would not recommend training legs before work 😂 but it was worth it i’m already so sore 😪 i’ve really narrowed it down to like 5-7 exercises i do on leg day, just more supersets/reps. also i did sled pushes then 25 min on the stairs 🔥 it was a sweaty one

In December, I weighed the most I had ever weighed in life! I stopped taking a ton of pics how I normally do. I was so depressed and unhappy with myself. I started doing keto, intermittent fasting, and working out. I set a goal to lose 50 pounds by my birthday (yes in 4 months...crazy I know lol). My birthday was on April 18th and I didn’t lose 50 pounds but I did lose 40 pounds since the end of December! Today ladies and gentleman the workout was completely different than any other back day. There are days that I do very basic back movements but today was not that day. The first exercise I recorded is a slightly bent over cable row that gives you a all new feeling in your lats it’s pretty extreme. That video was 1 set of 10 with 140 lbs. the second video was hi to low cross chest cable pull downs. I did sets of 12 for this exercise. This exercise was primarily to focus on the lower lat. the last video was a burn out exercise. I went with medium weight 175 lbs then I tried to do as many as I could. I think the final rep was 22. Going for the cobra back !! someday!! 🍀🍀
