There I ran so fast ( see pic 2 & 3 ) as thousand of mosquitoes/ I don’t know, what they were, came to me and starting to bitting me 😱😫😭 & all I think was to get myself out of the park as fast as I can LOL 😂, damn u mosquitoes 😏.
HAVE A LOVELY SUNDAY ALL 🌸😊
Snake phobias are quite common. In fact snakes are the most feared of all reptiles. Although we don’t come across snakes all that often in the UK, it doesn’t stop those with a phobia of them avoiding certain places and activities - for example going camping, zoo trips or visiting pet stores - in case they see one.
For most people living in a country where snakes aren’t common place, their phobia is manageable and they can go about their day to day lives without too much disruption, but for those with a severe phobia even seeing a picture in a magazine or a clip on TV can cause real anxiety and panic.
We use hypnosis to treat all types of phobias, and we do so by tapping in to the subconscious mind which is where behavioural change happens. Working this way makes the release of phobias quick and easy.
