Find a cardio that you enjoy! 🙆🏽♀️ I LOVE the stair master or now that it’s warming up my favorites are tennis and spikeball 🎾 It doesn’t have to be boring and that’s why I think it gets a bad rep 🤷🏽♀️ But it’s incredibly important for your overall health! What is your favorite kind of cardio?? 🤔

It’s not something I was born with. And I’m the farthest thing from an athlete. I’m clumsy and tend to trip over my feet. But I’m willing to train hard and better myself.
You don’t have to be born with it. You don’t have to be fit or fast or an athlete.
You just have to want it bad enough and be willing to put in the work.

These past few days have been quite hectic! I've been doing transfers in the morning and then working in a shoe shop from 2 to 11 in the night, plus being a house wife making lunch and cleaning and tyding the house 😅
Still found time to get my workouts done! 💪 No time for tv or instagram tho 😜
