CONSTRUCTION has commenced on the second stage of the masterplanned Parkland Estate — one of the few developments set to be completed ahead of the much anticipated Sydney Metro North West.
The site at Rouse Hill, just 200m to the Cudgegong Rd Railway Station, is being completed over three stages.
The first, called the Savannah Terraces comprising of 64 townhouses has already sold out with the first residents expected to move in mid-year.
The second stage called the Phoenix Luxury Apartments – a 134 unit complex offering a mix of one, two and three bedroom configurations – is scheduled to be finished prior to the opening of the railway in early 2019.
Project Marketing Manager Nathan O’Brien, from the local Hills company Capital Residential Developments, said they have currently sold more than 75 per cent of apartments to a range of purchasers including investors and first home buyers. ~
The complex will be built around a 5,000sqm central park featuring a swimming #pool , #tennis court, playground including a waterplay area, barbecue facilities and a community centre. This is also scheduled to be completed by early next year.
