Small treasure from last Austin show. DAVID M. DAWKINS & RUDY PASSONNO “Mama Mama” on their own private label from 1979. Not a big rarity, and even not very well known by collectors. But, quite hard to find. Here is my third copy in 20+ career. Rudy Passonno was a keyboard player in obscure local Missouri prog band called TOPPER who released one and only album in 1977. “Mama Mama” is not kinda prog or AOR like Topper, but more into DIY downer synth Pop with sad melancholic melodies. Maybe folks who loves McElroy Bros., Chuck Senrick, or Dialogue should grab this.
