I know it’s just a building, but to be honest, it’s taken me over a week to make this post. I love each and every one of these people so much. They have watched me succeed and cheered me on in good times and most importantly, have supported me in bad times. They pushed me and made me believe I can do anything I put my mind to. Decided to switch up my training today and did some movements I haven't done in a while. I definitely didn’t crush the movements but it was a great way to change things up!
Some takeaway thoughts
➖my rope climbs need a lot of work ➖wearing pants is a must...rope burns HURT
➖switching up your training is important for both mind and body ➖I really like slamming things ➖my videography needs some help 😅

100 flips on an 80 degree day! The neighbor kids asked why I was doing it, and I didn’t have an articulate answer for them at the moment, other than to say “For exercise.” It really runs deeper than that, but they are kids and won’t understand until they get a little older. Mental clarity, a way to see my body as functional and strong, the thrill and challenge of it, and ENDORPHINS! I also just like to see changes over time and know that, with every passing year, my body will start to evolve. Metabolism will slow down and muscle tone will decrease if I throw the towel in. This is my 6th year of working out 6-7 days a week and it is my LIFESTYLE. I miss it when I can’t get a workout in and it enhances every part of daily function. ❤️
