Looks like our feathered friend has returned! Last year we had a dove lay her eggs on our #timecapsule and she seems to have liked our campus so much that she decided to come back!

posthuman is a time capsule left behind by 4 fully artificially intelligent beings.

posthuman provides a window into another species’ existence, the world of the VCs. With both visual and lingual stimuli, the project tries to transport the viewer into their perspectives through means of a photo + poetry time capsule, created by these fully artificially intelligent beings. Inspired by the Voyager Golden Records, it prompts us to question our own self existence, as the fear of the unknown provides no base for the viewer to deem what they are reading and seeing as impossible.

Well, it’s been 3 years and some seriously hard work, but I am so proud to be announcing the unveiling of Mazilla. The 4 foot bronze monstrosity, a one of a kind Godzilla/Kaiju/Pokémon-inspired creature stomping its way into central Austin on Friday morning. Mazilla protects a 100 year time capsule and will be inspiring kids, parents, and educators during that time. If you’re interested in being there at the unveiling, it’s at 7:50am at Mathews Elementary in Clarksville.
