Vases they will be! I took all of your suggestions and put it in the hopper. For this project, I tried to create a shape that will accommodate as many flower types as possible. They’re slightly wider and a little heavier on the bottom to discourage tipping and they have just a little flare at the top to allow flowers to spread but are narrow in the middle to accommodate a small bouquet.

The #shorebreak5k Is super-fun race that happens in Avon on Memorial Day each year. The race is a @hatterasyouth Event to support #hatterasisland youth by providing funding for educational opportunities. If you’re nearby, come run with us on the morning of May 28th! I don't know whether you caught my sparkly dove necklace story last week where I was suddenly struck by how pretty it was looking twinkling in the sun. It's a bugger to photograph because it's so shiny and reflects everything but it's those things that make it such a wonderfully eye-catching necklace to wear. I think I might pop mine on today!
