Energy flows where your attention goes. When someone you love is in pain or needs love and support, when you send gratitude and compassion their way, you can help them.

3. Get a photograph or mental picture of someone who needs your love and compassion, then picture them healthy, happy, having overcome whatever hurdle they had in their life, and say thank you.
