I am always working to be the best version of myself. I am learning my body...what kinds of things I can eat and cannot eat...what makes me look and feel like I am at my best. I will keep eating clean and training hard because I am always improving. People always say "you are already small," or "your stomach is already flat"...but as you can see there is always room for improvement.
TIP: This is just 12 weeks of eating completely clean (only two cheat meals, Easter and my Birthday). The workouts were NOT outrageous! So if you are working out and you don't see results, IT'S YOUR DIET!!! WHAT ARE YOU EATING? If you eat like crap you will look and feel like crap no matter how much you workout!
I just finished a 12 week plan designed by @mr.katine and I feel GREAT! Thanks again Zak! I am excited to keep going and keep improving!
