Early morning View of Ricer Terraces in Tabanan, Bali 🌿🌿🌿
While Bali might be known as the land of a thousand temples, you might as well tack rice fields onto it too. the fields were a vibrant bright green of sloping terraces that define the region of Tabanan. The rice terraces in Bali use the traditional centuries-old Subak irrigation system passed down through generations of rice farmers. These fields are definitely a do not miss while in Bali. Their presence adds a complexity and layer to the already gorgeous area that streams weave through as mountains tower in the distance. One of them is Jatiluwih Ricefield. Once a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site candidate, Jatiluwih rice terraces comprises over 600Ha of rice fields that follow the flowing hillside topography of the Batukaru mountain range. These are well-maintained by a traditional water management cooperative known as ‘subak’, which dates back to the 9th century.🌿

You tend to manifest what you most intently focus on, so focus on what you want.
When you feel lost, which you routinely will, remember that you are under no obligation to be the person you were a year ago, a month ago, five minutes ago.
You have the right to evolve.
Let that vision open the floodgates to the endless opportunities to expand ...
And always be prepared, for at any moment, the universe could decide to throw you the key. .
And when it does,
you’ll realize that you are already home. | #beonlypositive#beonlypresent#beonlypeaceful
🧘🏼♀️: #vasistasana // #sideplank
The air was humid, the sunlight glared all around, I could hear the calls from other residents of the bird park, and I bared this majestic parrot’s complete trust whilst enjoying the playfulness of the black palm cockatoo overhead. ⠀
One thing that remains so clear was the realisation of having disconnected from the stresses of my day to day and allowing myself to be wholly in this moment. Some days I’m more successful than others at practicing presence but I’m consciously doing this here. Now. Today. Each day it grows stronger and things that used to stress me, barely touch me now 👣☀️
Volvemos a hablar de las islas Nusa en nuestro blog para contaros cuántos días necesitáis para visitarlas 🤓
