Waking up with a headache is no fun. I felt it coming on in the middle of the night. I had a headache yesterday as well and used this same combo it went away quickly! This morning I could feel my shoulders getting tensed, my neck and my jaw tightening up.
I used this combo to wipe that headache out.
I took one drop of Copaiba under my tongue & massaged Aroma Touch on my neck, shoulders, temples and around my jaw. I would say less than hour my headache was gone. If you been following me, you will know that I have a very busy & stressful life due to my sons chronic disease. So I’m always stressed out, which results in headaches.
The key to using essential oils is consistency. If you use the oils and it worked great but the pain/discomfort comes back then reapply.
