My favourite coffee.... Taylors of Harrogate, Lazy Sunday. But this rather surprised me: "Pour freshly boiled water". I always allow boiled water to cool a little before pouring it over the coffee. What about you?
First day fully back on plan. Here's everything I've eaten today 😋
🌟 Breakfast: Alpen Light cherry bakewell bar 🍒
Cup of Taylor's strawberry and vanilla green tea ☕ I try to drink as much green tea as possible, it really helps with bloating which I suffer from badly due to IBS. This flavour is delicious!
🌟 Lunch: A lovely green salad 🥗 with 2 boiled eggs, 20g cheddar, brown pickle, low fat potato salad and Garner's pickled shallots 😍
🌟 Dinner: 2 Quorn sausages, mashed potatoes, mixed frozen veg and gravy. Wanted something quick and easy, and this definitely hit the spot. The Quorn sausages are lovely and taste really close to a 'proper' sausage.
🌟 Snacks: Morrison's carrot batons 🥕
And a small handful of Shire Foods chocolate coated cranberries, which are also delish 😋
🌟 Ending the day on 1208kcal which I'm really pleased with 😊
I've also had another green tea and 2 litres of water 💦
