So I’m approaching this week as if it’s my first ever week on slimming world 😊
Faffed around here and there all year really blaming my op, not being well, being busy, the weather - everything except me really 😝
All came to a head this week & I resorted to my old binge & self sabotage habits. So I had a massive gain, drowned my sorrows last night, paid for that today and as a result feel like an absolute loser right about now. And not the kind of loser I should be 😂
So you know what? Enough is enough.
Time to take control back.
Stop blaming everything & everyone else for how I feel 🛑

I’ve just got back from the most exciting SW meeting I have ever been to 😍 All I can say is watch this space 🙌🏼 I had put Chris in charge of the shopping for today (I live for Asda Sunday supermarket shopping 😩😂) and he has brought home these for me 😋😱 I’m excited to try the biscuit crumble bit 🍪😍 I’m presuming they will be 2.5 syns like the majority of the other flavours 🍰
L u n c h 💕 I wanted to enjoy the sun for the first time this week so we went & had chips by the river 😍 life is for living, I don’t want to miss out on these memories for the sake of a few lbs. Counting this as my full 15 syns for the day!
