I’ll be honest. I didn’t want to run today. I hadn’t trained well (absolutely zero long runs). I’ve been dealing with a nagging injury. I left my water in the car. I also Kind of had a bad attitude this morning about the race. But I had the best race I’ve ever had. I PR’d by like 14 minuets for a half marathon. I’m pretty pumped, because I didn’t see that coming. Then we got Tacos4Life! #russvegas#russvegashalfmarathon#tacos4life
Yesterday, @tacos4lifegrill hit their 5 MILLION MEAL mark! That’s enough meals for 13,698 kids to be fed a meal a day for an entire YEAR. That’s 5 million meals that have been raised through purchases of tacos, merchandise items, & extra donations from customers and fans across the south. God is doing some mighty things through @tacos4lifegrill! I am so incredibly blessed to be a part of this mission and FIGHT against child world hunger.
Inspiration for today comes from @haveyouben .
Bc, you know...some days your thought process is #eatyourgreens (last post) #fitfam life, #healthyeating etc. and other times you’re like “I’m gonna house these tacos and guac rn”. ITS ABOUT BALANCE.
Flashback Friday— to the picture where it all began. .
I started my fitness journey when Colton was 8 weeks old. I was miserable in my skin, had absolutely no energy, and missed myself. .
So I went all in. When I say ALL IN, I mean all in. No cheats, no “just a small bite” and no “I’ll do my workout tomorrow”. For 3 weeks. 21 days. ALL IN. .
I was blown away by the results. I had no clue my body could change so drastically in such a short amount of time. (Keep in mind, even though I wasn’t cheating— I was still eating things like tacos and pasta!)
Even though I told my coach (before I even got started) that I’d be canceling after the first month, I would never become a working coach, and I doubted I’d see any big changes in 3 weeks.... I went all in. .
Fast forward to 3 weeks later— I couldn’t stop talking about the program. I had more energy than I did before I even had Colton. I felt amazing! 11 weeks postpartum! I immediately wanted every woman I knew to feel as great as I did. .
So I did it. I took a chance and became a coach. I had no idea how people would respond. Would they trust me? Would they judge me? Would they want anything to do with this program? .
Now fast forward a year and a half later, and you better believe I am damn proud and thankful I took that chance. Sitting on the beach, at an all expense paid trip I earned by helping women feel as great as they deserve to.. hell yes I’m glad I took a chance. .
Was it easy? No. Was it scary? Of course. Was it worth it? A million times yes. .
And you. Can. Too!!!!!! .
All you have to do is make the decision you’re ready for a change. Ready for something new. Ready to feel like the best version of yourself. ❤️
I’m here for you when you’re ready. Because I want you to feel amazing. The same way I did 11 weeks postpartum and the way I do a year and a half later. 🙌🏻 because you’re worth it.
Is this real life?! Seriously! .
Somebody pinch me!!!! ☺️👯♀️
I earned this all-inclusive badass trip by getting to help women better their health?! .
Getting to be a part of women’s journey as they reach their fitness goals, learn what works best for their body, and gain more self confidence than they thought possible. ❤️
I said I would never do something “like that”. I never wanted to “sell” something. .
But once I went through the program and SAW the incredible results, saw that this was REAL LIFE tools and skills that I could apply to my life, and that I was able to do it with a 6 week old baby at home— .
Why would I choose NOT to do this?! .
I believe in the program 10000%, I am proof the program works, and am so thankful to the women who trust me to help them get started. .
You can do this too girl. It all starts with the decision to get started!! 😊
If you’re interested in learning more about the program or what I do as an online fitness coach, let’s chat!!! 😍🎉
#tacos4life has just surpassed 5 million meals! All thanks to every single amazing person who has bought a meal, donated, and catered! It would not be possible without each one of you who loves the food and supports the mission! People tend to get skeptical with the whole “charity” thing but let me tell you Tacos4Life is legit. I have personally met Austin and Ashton Samuelson, founders of Tacos4Life, and they are the most amazing people! It’s so humbling to hear a couple say they personally want to end childhood hunger .. I mean what? Austin said before he opened his first restaurant he had no clue about the restaurant business but quickly realized this was God’s plan for him and his wife. This company is serving God and feeding hungry children. I am amazed at this company! For just .22 cents your donation will go to feeding a starving child and did you know when you eat out at Tacos4Life when you checkout you can double your donation for just .22 cents more added to your bill you can help another hungry child receive a meal. .22 cents .. come on .. .22 cents ya’ll! We all have a quarter laying around somewhere! long story long .. go eat at Tacos4Life, eat some delicious tacos, or quesadillas or rice bowls or cheese dip and help feed a child! Andy and I are SO, so excited!
5 million meals donated & 5 million lives changed! Our incredible guests and team members have officially raised 5 million meals for those that need it most across the world, and we cannot thank you all enough. We’ve only just begun! #Tacos4Life
