I've not posted any meals yoday cos quite frankly they've been boring! Breakie was 45g bran flakes with sliced banana, lunch was leftover spaghetti Amatricana with salad, snacks were an apple, plum & grapes and tea was spaghetti Bolognese which I had at my parents after class, I was that hungry it was gone before I remembered to take a photo! ☆
So here's my evening treats.. Cheetos (3.5), fibre one lemon (4) and a Hi-Fi (3).

Yeeeessss! I'm so happy with this week's result. As you know I went hugely over my syns on Saturday but 6 other days of 100% on plan must have worked. I'm so close to my next award so I hope I have a new certificate to show you next week!
