Some days I wake up feeling so motivated and ready to kill my workout.
Other days I make up a million excuses for why I should skip my workout.
• I had a crazy day at work
• skipping one workout won’t hurt me
• My body is too sore
• I have so many other things I need to do
When I’m having a bad day I remind myself of my why. Why am I doing this? I started this journey because I am getting married and want to feel super confident on my wedding day. Even though my fitness journey has turned into so much more that is still one of my biggest motivations.
So grateful for this crazy 80 day arms,abs, and ass program. I may not have wanted to workout but I always feel so much better after I get it done!
On our way to Tennessee for a friendcation! This coaching gig has given me the opportunity to take trips while not having to worry about pulling from my savings since I have extra money now by just helping people with their health goals.
