Here we go! Sunday is my favorite day of the week! It’s time to reflect on the past week, and plan for a new week. My planning process has changed over years, but the constant has been that I always plan my weeks on Sundays. I’ve got targets 🎯 and goals to meet! I’ve been using the app Evernote and I ❤️ love it! Adding this to my planning system has been wonderful! I’ve learned from planning that nothing works unless you WORK IT! That’s the Key! So whatever system you use, do what works for you and WERK IT! Back to reality!!! What a fun weekend of camping and 100% outside time. Bike riding, hiking, campfires and lots of dirt!
Now it’s laundry and groceries. One thing about the 2B mindset program is not feeling guilty about the food choices we make but learning about what works and impacts your body. So I had my fun this weekend and I am setting myself up for success with meals planned and lots of veggies, protein, and healthy carbs to eat this week!

Our weekend has been filled with inflatable runs, champagne, Royal Wedding celebrations, BBQ’s, Rugby & plenty of garden fun with the children. Just lovely 😊
