It doesn’t matter if you have rolls or loose skin or stretch marks or cellulite. It doesn’t matter if you gained a pound this week or if you gained 5 pounds this week. What matters is that you’re putting your best foot forward, being your best version of you, and forgiving yourself for not being perfect. If you can do all of that, then you’re headed in the right direction. . .
